酒店有車在倉吉站接送都算方便，司機好細心又幫手搬行李，酒店職員好貼心介紹酒店設施，又親身帶我們到房間， 逐一介紹房間設施，晚餐食材超豐富而且用餐環境好舒服，早餐是自助形式，如果能改為定食安排會更完美，退房時酒店送上心意咭感覺很窩心。

酒店説有大巴接送，結果酒店電話一直打不通。我們在大雪中空等半小時後，沒辦法衹能更換酒店。
結果酒店還不同意取消訂單，全額扣除房費。在日本也是第一次碰到這樣不講道理的酒店，去柯南小鎮不建議住這裏。

The dinner was traditional cuisine and the breakfast was a buffet. Both were very rich. We started the mode of eating only two meals a day. Guests staying in the hotel can also make their own hot spring eggs for free. The hot spring is very distinctive and the scenery is very good. The hotel provides a fixed-time shuttle bus at Kurayoshi Station, and you can ask Ctrip customer service to make an appointment.
