酒店比較新，建在一個療養地產區域，背靠雲和湖，現在這裏主要是第二天要去雲和梯田，位置比較近。
酒店總體可以，唯一有個問題就是每層房間和電梯間有個錯層，還要走樓梯才能到，這個設計有點無語，非常不方便

酒店所在一個度假村，環境優越。但目前有一部分公寓還未完工，屬於工地狀態，和酒店形成反差。作為一個攜程五鑽的酒店，經過入住體驗感覺有兩點不足：
1、本人攜家人於當日兩點到達酒店，辦理入住時前台告知兩間房間均已退房，但未收拾好，需要等待。因為隨行長者旅途勞頓，需要儘量休息，與前台溝通希望優先收拾出一間安頓長者。但直到等到四點鐘房間都未收拾出一間。向前台再次催促，於二十分鐘後終於收拾完成，影響了入住體驗。
2、早餐發現放置吐司麪包的果醬的盒子是空的，與餐廳服務生溝通，希望再取一些。服務生答應並讓我們等他一下。我們在原地等了半天，後來找他，發現後者正在檔口取工作餐。問他果醬取哪去了，他説沒有了。
3、還是早餐，我和其他住客在排隊等麪條檔口煮麪，發現同我們排隊的還有酒店的工作人員。這在我們在所去住過的攜程五鑽的酒店是從來沒有遇到過的。
4、長者住的大床房門把手是壞的。

定的兩個房間，因為酒店原因沒有提前預留導致兩個房間不在同一個樓層，對於家庭出遊來説不太方便

度假村位置在高速“赤石”出口下來沒多少路，進出高速很方便，為了第二天一早去雲和梯田就選了這家。國慶期間，價格倒還合理。房間中規中矩，湖景房有大露台+電動紗簾窗簾，視野挺開闊，朝着一個水庫（水庫景色一般般）。這家度假村早餐差是事實，建議隨便馬馬虎虎吃一點。要吐槽的是房間配的拖鞋鞋底材質太差，穿着在房間裏走（不僅僅是衞生間），好幾次都差點滑倒。希望酒店這一點能改進一下。
