是房東給我們發的開門密碼，要交100塊按金，是新裝修，有裝好過濾水的飲水機，如果不懂用的話，可以隨時聯繫微信，整體設施還算不錯，有熱水，衹是我住的這個房間熱水不夠大，衞生間還有暖氣，如果購物的話，下面有麥當勞，還有購物超市，性價比不錯

這家民宿在歡樂港旁邊，離解放路三校和歡樂港公交站都衹有500m。乘公交出行非常方便。房間很乾凈，寬敞，安靜，床鋪很舒服。衹是那個飲水機好像不能工作，沒有燒開水的。大大的電視機也打不開。不過這些對我都沒有影響。價格實惠，總體來説值得。
