The front desk clerk, Destiny, was amazing to work with. We arrived super early from the East cost and she did everything to get us into our rooms. Destiny and the Manager, were both so nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, the staff has been very welcoming and I will stay here again when I come back!

Our experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Yuma, AZ was exceptional!!! From the time we stepped in through the doors, we were greeted with friendly staff from the front desk, to the hot breakfast hostess to the house cleaning personal, it truly was pleasurable! The beds and pillows were comfortable, the breakfasts were hot and delicious and we enjoyed the evening cookies set out in the front lobby. We would like to give special recognition to Destinee who was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us check-in after we abruptly left a nearby hotel that we were supposed to stay in. She listened to our concerns as to why we left the other hotel and came here, and provided us with compassion and a sense of belonging. Thank You Destinee for the 6 out of 9 evenings that we were there during your shifts. We would also like to extend a thank you to Lety. She too was accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Both her smile and Destinee's smile made you feel welcome. Another thank you goes to Enrique, who helped us with checking in and providing us with an extended stay price. To each of you, we believe you are truly an asset to the Hampton Inn & Suites in Yuma, AZ. Keep up the smiles and the great hospitality!!! Thank You, Gwen & Cec Failler (Stay Feb 25 - March 5, 2024).

This hotel is beyond wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The public areas are spotless and immaculate. There are Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer in the public areas. There is an small outdoor pool, laundry facilities, small gym and business center where you have access to printer. Free fresh baked chocolate chip cookies on arrival. Standard complimentary breakfast 6am-10am. I had room 417 beautiful view of the mountains. Within walking distance to mall and restaurants. Unfortunately while visiting Yuma I got COVID and had to isolate away from my family and friends and the Hampton staff was my family for 10 days and they were awesome: they listened to me complain and they helped me with so much. After I was negative for COVID, next my husband got COVID and here we were isolating at the Hampton again. 2000 miles from home and during all the major holidays isolating from COVID was horrible, but I can honesty say the staff at the Hampton kept my spirits up and provided me with all I needed. Thank you. Everyone there from the housekeepers who I took trash bags and towels from, to the front desk people to the complimentary food I was well taked care of and want to say thank you and your corporate office should be aware of the wonderful staff they have at this Hampton Inn.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everyone was so friendly, free breakfast was delicious, very helpful staff. My sister was attending a high school reunion and I accompanied her. Victoria, who was behind the desk in the evenings, was especially great! Friendly, helpful, and so sweet. She even saved us two cookies each one night because we were too late the night before and all cookies were gone. She is a great asset to your staff!! I have to say, we stayed at the Marriott in Medford, OR, before catching our flight to Yuma, and it left a lot to be desired. No comparison. Victoria deserves a raise or at least a bonus!!

There was no bar soap. They ran out of it on Thanksgiving. No hand towel in the room. You need to go to the Front Desk and ask for it. I am not sure it was me or it was the type of clients the Front Desk is used to, but when I paid for the items I bought in the snack room, they had to make sure I didn't steal anything else. Very disappointing. The room was small for a 3 persons.

This hotel is top notch. The staff is friendly and the check inn was fast and thorough. The room was spacious, well-furnished, clean and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was very good, to include fresh fruit, hot oatmeal with all the condiments I.e. brown sugar, raisins and other fruits. All the entrees were hot and tasty. The staff greets you each time you enter and tells you to have a nice day or similar comments as you leave. The evening cookies are free and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. Because of this Hampton Inn we booked another Hampton Inn for the next night on our travels.

Hot tub was dirty. Asked if maintenance could clean it. They did. No questions asked. Later that evening the family and I enjoyed it! Clean rooms, great service. Centrally located. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. ::Diamond member::

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve stayed at countless hotels throughout the world. I cannot believe this hotel is rated highly. Here is what happened: I was on a long road trip and booked a room at this hotel in the afternoon. I arrived shortly after midnight and the entrance door was locked with a sign saying to use your room key or call (there was a phone on the wall) if any issues. I and another guest called the phone for 30 minutes and none responded…we could hear the phone ringing inside at the front desk. I knocked on the door and walked around the hotel…. not a soul was around the entire 40 minutes. Both of us left and I found another hotel to stay in. At 2 am I was charged the entire rate for the room as a no-show. The next morning, I drove back to the hotel to get my money back and complain but was told managers are not available on weekends and only the manager can do anything. They took my name and number and said they would call on Monday. They never called Monday morning, so I called them, and the person was the rudest I’ve ever experienced. She said the manager is out today and there are stick-it notes all over his office door and I must be one of them. I called the corporate number as an honors member, and they opened a ticket for me saying I should receive a refund in about 5 business days. In the meantime, I’m disputing the charges with my credit card. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled so others can be more informed about this terrible hotel.

The staff at the hotel are very nice and welcoming. They're polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and centrally located. It's near the freeway, but not close enough to hear the noise. The rooms are nice, and the hotel was quiet. You can walk to a few different restaurants, but there's a nice, complimentary breakfast too. I had a very good experience.
