All facilities are very complete. I arrived at around 4 pm. The lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and her service attitude was very good. The breakfast at your hotel was also great. 本來酒店整體都挺滿意的，還準備原房續住一晚。但是中午出門準備吃飯的時候發生的一件事讓我寒了心。我要開門卻發現反鎖的鎖打不開！打電話叫了前台上來，前台也搞不定又叫了工程部的人。到這裏我都沒説什麼，儘管有人在樓下等我我也衹是耐心等着，門開了我還跟他們道謝。
結果這個工程部的男性開完鎖把我批評一頓？！説我不該反鎖門。還陰陽我説現在是法治社會，哪有什麼安全問題。我請問呢？我正常使用反鎖功能有什麼問題嗎？我一個女生住酒店，而且還在走廊第一間，我為了安全反鎖門，反而我還有錯了？真的好生氣！我還沒説你們的門垃圾，耽誤我時間，現在還怪起我來了！
我立馬收拾東西退房了！
我走之後接到前台電話給我説想要上門給我送小禮品結果發現我走了，還給我道歉，其實那位前台姐姐沒有一點問題，她服務態度很好。但是工程部的那位男性，對女性沒有一點尊重，對客户也沒有一點耐心。服務分扣在他身上！

If you come to visit Yueyang Tower and Dongting Lake, I strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel.
The location is super good, very close to Yueyang Tower, Dongting Lake, and Bianhe Ancient Street.
The price-performance ratio can be said to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It is affordable and high-end. The bathroom has an internet celebrity touch screen mirror for freshening up, super long shelves, simple and stylish decoration, and everything you need for daily necessities.
The aunt kept the hotel very busy and clean.
The lady at the front desk is warm and polite, and the service is very good. Because the room I booked has not been cleaned in time, I am very grateful for upgrading the room type for me.

Although it is an old five-star, it should be renovated later, the facilities in the lobby and the room are good, the service is in place, the breakfast is not particularly rich, but it is no problem to meet the demand, so the overall can give five points.
The only bad thing is that it seems that there is a motorcycle racing party in the early morning. It should be added a loudspeaker, so the sound when the car is racing is super loud. The window is closed or it is clearly heard. It lasts about an hour to 1 am. It affects the rest. I don’t know if it’s a long-term situation.
