到達民宿的第一感覺很漂亮，很乾凈，完全符合網上圖片的感覺，沒有照騙行為。
位置非常好，步行四百米左右就到景區纜車站。
環境也好，靠山臨水，門口就是水質清澈見底的溪流，還有很多溪魚，可以拿網兜下手撈魚。
露台觀看後面景區山景非常棒，拍照很美。
民宿提供的免費ktv設備和自動麻將桌也非常棒，不輸外面收費的設備。

第三次來住了，本來可以直接跟房東微信定的，但房東説最近都是老顧客或者老顧客介紹的線下訂單，導致網上訂單減少，影響網上房源分數等級 ，於是給了個優惠讓網上下單，哈優惠拿了那當然要替房東説些好話了。
這次來主要是去方洞景區避暑，雁盪山最涼快的地方應該就是方洞景區了，午後坐纜車到方洞，在景區的山洞咖啡廳喝着咖啡吹着涼風，等到5點左右太陽不曬了再從靈巖景區出去（由於來方洞景區之前，房東就讓我們把車開到靈巖景區停在那，然後房東開車把我們送到纜車站 ）所以我們靈巖景區出來就可以開自己的車回民宿，真的太方便了。
民宿還提供了自助咖啡工具，晚上就在民宿自己手磨咖啡手沖咖啡滿滿的儀式感。
這裏必須要提一下房東絕對是個良心商家，大熱天礦泉水整箱整箱放大廳隨便拿，免費的咖啡豆品質也不錯，免費的茶是雁盪毛峯 。
