和朋友來，房間該有的都有，經濟實惠，特別是洗澡熱水非常好，還有晚上的空調，熱風非常給力，入住後，老闆娘講解遊玩路程十分合理，這裏離靈峯景區很近，到靈峯景區公交站也就幾百米，景區公交車朝陽洞站離美峯民宿幾十米，十分方便，下朋友來，一定推薦住在這裏。

老闆很熱情，位置正好在朝天洞入口處，適合旅遊歇腳放物品住宿。朝天洞上去很辛苦，但是風光比靈峯好很多很多，關鍵是不要錢

設施：較齊全，該有的都有，老闆也給提供。
衞生：衞生還可以，沒有什麼明顯問題。
環境：環境不錯，距離餐館超市就在對面，距離大巴換乘點很近，而且也可以直接很司機師傅説在美峯賓館下，就給直接停在門口了，很方便。
服務：老闆人不錯，有問必答。

就在路邊，很好找，去靈峯車站也很近，出門右轉經過遊客停車場就是。
熱水很好！
半夜到的，老闆娘一直在等門，還給升級了房間，早上出發也給存行李。
中轉落腳還是推薦的。
