半顆星都不想給。非常糟糕的酒店，千萬不要訂。我是在1月15號就在平台上預訂了1月23-24日的元謀半島假日酒店豪華雙人間兩晚，23日晚上9點50分到達酒店，被酒店告知沒有房間，原因説是他沒有在平台上看到訂單，結果我就讓他打開平台去看，然後就在上面看見了我的訂單，然後他就推脱説他之前沒有看到過訂單，可是我是15號就已經在平台上訂了這個酒店，並且當時酒店就給我發了確認短訊。經過1個多小時的理論，最後晚上11點多了，把我安排到了一個偏僻的的酒店的單人間，因為白天已經開了十幾個小時的車，非常的累，所以就衹好去那個單人間，我和70多歲的母親帶一個15歲的孩子住在了那個條件很差的單人間，整晚幾乎沒有睡着。整個過程中，酒店老闆全程沒有一句抱歉的話，一直都説他沒有任何責任，態度非常的蠻橫，不講理。現在酒店單方面在平台上點擊了我已入住，但我並沒有入住。平台的人工客服電話也一直打不通，要求賠償我的損失。下面的照片是我實際住的另一個酒店的單間的照片
