Beautiful hotel, corresponds to its stars. Everything is very clean, the hotel is accomplished in a pleasant design according to the name . Hotel staff is very polite, warning and friendly . Special thanks to the hotel administration . When leaving rushing , we forgot a wallet with cash - which was immediately made known , and already at home on the other day we got our missing . Thank you , remember and hope to visit the capital of Kyrgyzstan again with such warm and responsive people .

Comfortable location, almost in the center, in the pedestrian availability of shopping restaurants shops, everything you need. Three days of accommodation were received in rubles of about 8 thousand. For this money was provided a magnificent room and breakfast was included. In the room is a good quality repair and finish. Good big soft bed, panoramic windows, air conditioning, good expensive furniture, excellent bath. Also all dispensers: soap, shampoo, coats, towels. All recommend, the service is excellent6 will definitely come again.

Really great hotel, very close to city centre, our room was very clean, and tidied every day, I stayed for 15 nights and no problems at all, would recommend to anyone!! free transfer bus to and from the airport is a big plus, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, most of whom spoke English!!

I loved this hotel from the moment I first stepped inside. It is only small by hotel standards and situated in a fantastic part of Bishkek, close to Oak Park and the ballet theatre and within very easy walking distance of other attractions. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels very authentic. There are examples of local handicrafts everywhere and the place has a friendly, colourful vibe. I had a room on the first floor which was dual aspect. One of the windows overlooked the road to the front of the hotel and the other window overlooked the park at the side of it. It was a beautiful room and immaculately clean and very well presented. The room was incredibly spacious and provided tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water, amenities (toothbrush, soap, shower gel etc), a fantastic fitted wardrobe / dressing area and a tv. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great nights sleep. The bathroom was also a really good size with a great shower. The wifi at the hotel was also excellent. Breakfast the following morning was well presented and plentiful. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly and clearly want your stay to be the best it can be. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel. I also used their transport from the airport. It’s about a 25min ride. The driver was efficient and really friendly and the price was US$20

My stay at the Ramada in Bishkek wasn’t great and I couldn’t wait to leave! Upon arrival the guy on reception was so rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I asked if any rooms had a good view (which they did because I’ve seen the photos), he laughed, lied and said no! Originally put on the 3rd floor it seemed really busy. I got 3 hours sleep the first night as other guests decided to “hang out” in the corridors. I was actually quite scared as they were being really loud, aggressive and just being a nuisance. The next day I asked to move, which they allowed me to. I moved up one floor, sadly I encountered another group of people travelling together who also liked to leave their room doors wide open so that they could go between rooms. Seriously never experienced a hotel like it, I barely slept again and my 4 nights of lacklustre sleep were appalling. First room the tv didn’t work, there were hair all over the floor and also on my pillow. Second room the tv worked but all channels were in Russian and if you’d like any tea tray refills you’ll have to ask!! Breakfast was okay, you can get an omelette or eggs when they can be bothered to come out of their cupboard. Most things are laid out and you can help yourself, which is fine. The best thing about this place is the location and being able to walk places. Beware it was the Golden Tulip hotel until Ramada took it over and don’t seem to have done any improvements. Room configurations are weird and have more hidden corners that are just odd. Airport transfers are $20 which seems quite excessive for Bishkek. A taxi is roughly 1,000 KGS. Safe to say I wouldn’t stay here again and possibly not at another Ramada either.

They had pre arranged a taxi service from the airport, and he was waiting for me right at the doors as I finally completed my 28 hours in transit from Sydney. This man was my first experience of anyone really in Bishkek and he was so friendly and helpful. We chatted endlessly whilst he drove me to my destination and although I was tired I wished we could have spoken for another little while. Once inside the hotel, he helped me check in to the hotel as my knowledge of Russian is non existent and the young man behind the counter had limited English. I headed upstairs and had an amazing sleep after a hot shower. The beds are super comfortable and after getting myself sorted around 11am the staff at the front desk really did go above and beyond helping me get my sim card active (they even took me to the supermarket to add data to my sim) they then organised a taxi to take me to the bank and bring me back and all of this they offered me a lunch as I had missed out in breakfast. They also upgraded me from a double room to a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. The next day before checking out they again arranged a taxi for my destination and also gave me a take away lunch as I had missed breakfast that first morning. This was my first long haul flight after 2 years and the staff at hotel De'mar really helped me settle in and avoid jet lag. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are ever thinking of visiting Bishkek.

the hotel is new, but it's stuffy everywhere! the rooms are large, 40m2, but the air conditioning can't cope - the breakfast is generally not bad But all the inconveniences are offset by the spring! which goes to the dkazuzi and the pool! very healing water
