Moyen dans l’ensemble
A l’arrivée pour l’enregistrement de la chambre, personnel froid et pas très accueillant. Bref dans les détails et l’indication de la chambre.
La chambre est propre mais vétuste.
Nous sommes déçue dans le sens où on ne s’attendait pas à cela, la prestation n’est pas en accord avec le prix de la chambre.
Interrupteur bancale, wc pas optimal (attendre 15min avant de pouvoir retirer une chasse d’eau)
Serviette pas de qualité, bas de gamme, rêches.
Point positif : le gel douche eco-responsable, il sentait bon.
Problème de mise en route du chauffage.
Literie et coussin de bonne qualité, draps propre mais a du vécu.
Belle vue sur la place centrale.
Petit déjeuner bon rapport qualité / prix, 12€ avec un petit buffet continental, avec du choix en thé et boissons chaudes.
Point positif pour le personnel du matin, chaleureux et accueillant, aux petits soins.

Une bonne nuit dans ce charmant hôtel en plein centre avec parking gratuit à deux pas.Nous y avons aussi souper. Le repas était excellent. Bravo le Chef. Une étoile en moins pour le serveur à qui il manquait le sourire ( sûrement très joli)et le son de sa voix (sûrement très jolie)!

Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine à l’hôtel restaurant Le Bourbon à Yssingeaux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine d’une grande qualité tant au niveau du goût, des produits choisis que de la présentation. Excellente expérience !… L’hôtel est très propre et agréable, nous recommandons fortement.

Ce qui ne devait être qu’un camp de base pour trois jours de vélo, s’est révélé être un séjour exceptionnel : l’accueil chaleureux des jeunes patrons, les dîners goûteux et des chambres calmes. Avec un garage fermé pour nos vélos électriques, le top.

Absolutely amazing evening meal, a gourmet delight. We had the 'plats' but several mid courses, amuse-bouches etc arrived too and everything was delicious. The room was small though and very little hot shower water in the morning (although tap water was hot). Breakfast was okay but not special.
