The pool and hot tube was great and I did like the pillows they were better then most Motels/Hotels. My grand babies enjoyed the pool and they slept, so peacefully, the check-in process was simple and pleasant. Great customer service thank you, Baymot and the staff.

Great Staff across the board room were clean even during remodeling super comfortable bed and pillows everything was exceptionally clean. Had a great stay with my wife in the jacuzzi room when requested late check out on short notice they were completely accommodating. 10/10

1. Even though the breakfast timing for weekend was told to us at 6-10 AM, the front desk executive stopped it at 9 AM, telling us that that’s the correct timing, so we couldn’t have breakfast on Saturday. 2. Breakfast was all packed and didn’t have any cooked item like eggs, bread etc 3. The room not cleaned for 3 days even after request. 4. Exhaust in the bathroom was not working 5. The lighting in the room was very dim.

Relatively expensive for a mediocre spot. Pool was closed for cleaning for several hours in the afternoon. Hot tub was closed all day. There were no pillowcases on the pillows. We advised staff on the way out to dinner. We came back to find a couple just lying on the bed. Breakfast looked below average of the usual motel offerings. We just skipped it and went over to Starbucks.

Severe bug issue in the room. 234 I believe, hot tub room. I addressed it with the front desk but nothing was done about it, empty shampoo and body wash where not replaced either. Payed for the room 200+ which is good if the room is prime condition but it was far from it

For the discounted rate due to business it was a fair stay. There were plenty of amenities but didn't use them ie pool,fitness room, and breakfast

All checked in, went to sleep just to be woken by a minivan parked under my window, with its engine -and AC!!!!!- running for a good 30 minutes. Could not sleep for an hour

I’ve stayed here multiple times being I visit family every couple of months up there. The bedrooms are pretty clean for the most part. And I’ve never had my vehicle messed with. This last stay was better than the prior visit! The gentleman that checked us in was awesome!!!
