Checked out of the Hampton Inn AA North 4 days early. Showed up at this location and relayed our story to Perry at the front desk. He was happy to show us an available room. It took seconds to say yes. The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked and nothing was broken. The AC unit was quiet and there were several television options available. The room had a microwave, single use Keurig and a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and we were happy with our choice. Negatives - no in-room safe, shower unit had mold in the silicone caulking and breakfast was so-so. No room clean-up, so had to get clean towels at the front desk. Positives - cleanliness, updated hotel & room. The positives outweighed the negatives by far. Perry, at the front desk was great.

This hotel was nicely decorated, large rooms, conveniently located, very comfortable, with a full breakfast and 24 hour coffee bar. Leonard at the desk was especially helpful and much appreciated! We needed a local charging station and Leonard was able to find one and provide directions, was very courteous and professional.

Yikes! This was hands down my worst stay in a hotel EVER. There was mold all over the shower so we decided we would be better off forgoing taking a shower. And our sheets had stains that looked like coffee stains. Perhaps they didn’t change the sheets between guests, I’m not sure. Housekeeping also knocked on our door at 10:15am (checkout is at 11:00am) and when we told her that we would be another 15 minutes before leaving, she proceeded to wait outside our door until we left. Not really the relaxing experience we were looking for. And certainly NOT worth the $399 rate that we paid due to a heavy weekend of visitors in the area. I would recommend choosing any other hotel other than this one.

My eldest sister passed suddenly. From the moment we arrived, the Fairfield staff showed nothing but kindness, compassion & empathy when I shared the purpose of our stay. Ieisha, Celetia, Perry & the hotel manager were, courteous, kind & very helpful. The rooms were very clean & we enjoyed the coffee & free breakfast. Thank you so very much.

Just stayed one night, was in town for a concert at EMU which was a few minutes away. We didn't use the pool or gym. Everything we saw was very clean. Nice check in. No problem parking in the attached free parking lot. Mattress was SUPER comfortable!! Pillows were good too. Our room had a little Keurig, microwave and fridge. Bathroom was clean and had nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Free wifi. Lots of plug in spots to charge your stuff. Free breakfast was basic but good - coffee, juice, muffins, bagels, sausage and eggs. Overall 2 thumbs up, I would stay again.
