Perfect little gem of a guest house. Clean and cosy. Comfy bed , fab shower, everything you need for a visit to York!! Will definitely be returning !! It’s not a hotel as such but you don’t need that with all the restaurants and bars York has on offer. This is a perfect little guest house to base yourself. About 20 min walk to city centre, close to Uni, convent stores, cafes etc. I loved it and as a lone female I felt safe and secure. It’s somewhere I would recommend and will 100% be returning. I’ve stayed in a couple of larger hotels at a whopping price and although nice this is perfect if you’re on a budget and just want a base for your holiday. The owners check in with you to make sure everything is ok and are there 24/7. Superb service !!

Lovely spacious room, just as described, with everything we needed plus some thoughtful extra touches like the small fridge and Netflix. Great location, a short walk from the centre of York. Info for check in was clear and easy to access our room with no fuss - the electronic lock meant we could come and go easily. The owner checked in with us that everything was ok.

Comfortable and well located accommodation. Everything we needed. We had a problem finding the accommodation due to new bollards restricting access to some roads. Luckily the owners were available to guide us. Will definitely stay again.

We booked to stay for 2 nights. It’s a great location with street parking. The street and neighbours are quiet which makes the stay even more relaxing. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Full clean facilities. Vendors had great communication and if we ever return we would definitely stay again.

Our family visit UK and Ireland from Canada recently. During the trip, my father who travelled with us suddenly got a stroke and urgently hospitalized in Dublin. As a result all of our following plan has to be changed and many hotels booked has to be cancelled. Once contact, Nayem showed great concern and right way agreed to cancel the booking for us free of charge. Out of our many booked ones, this one is one of the very few hosts that really care and helped out. Thank you so much for our help!

Had a really good stay here! Great distance from the centre - made walking in easy and was nice and quiet in the evening. It was hot so we really appreciated the fans in the bedroom. Lovely clean property. Easy to enter using the safe lock to access the key. All round a great stay. Thank you :)

Excellent location within walking distance to York City centre. Great communication throughout. The room (family room) was as described, clean, and modern. We had parking which is a great plus, considering very few city hotels can offer this. If I’m the area we shall definitely book again.

Excellent accomodation, very clean. 20minute walk to York centre, would have liked a directional map has to which way to go. Car parking excellent, slight issue gaining entry to the property but soon sorted. Nothing more to add other than to say we were very satisfiedv with the accomodation.
