The room facilities are very good. Hygiene and clean. The room is set to be a paste view room. The room utensils are also very careful. Very elegant, the room sound insulation is a bit poor. I don't know if it is a floor problem I live in. Then my room toilet lid is a bit deformed. These two points are regrettable places.

Come to play during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. Although I didn’t catch up with the good weather, the hotel I chose left me a good impression. I didn’t stay at the hotel butler and called us in advance. Whether we need a high-speed rail transfer, it’s superb. The traffic volume of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday is large. The housekeeper considers that we have to drive down by ourselves and have to pay for parking. Let us park the car at the hotel, send it to us and pick it up again. It provides such a value-added service like, and must give a five-star praise.

The store is clean and generous, the boss warmly helped me to book a car, and the lady boss smiled sweetly, belonging to a light luxury hotel.

A B&B that can join Huazhu is trustworthy. When visiting Furong Town in western Hunan this time, it is also a wise move to decisively choose Furong Zhilian Jincheng Hotel in Furong Town. Although the hotel is outside the scenic spot, it is very quiet. If you have sleep requirements, don't stay in the scenic spot. The roar of the waterfall will make you unable to sleep. This B&B is really a boutique B&B. It has an excellent location, a good surrounding environment, and convenient transportation. The courtyard is spacious and comfortable. The boss and staff received a warm reception and helped us carry our luggage for four people. The room is clean and tidy, antique and elegant, and the room is well soundproofed. , there was a group of tourists who got up early the next morning, but it didn't affect us. When we left, the boss sent us off to the station, which really felt good! Because I was busy during the trip, I didn't comment in time. I'm not asking for help. It is indeed a good choice for travel and accommodation!

GGuest UserFacilities: Xiaomi TV, electric toilet cover change, and toiletries are comparable to those of a four-star hotel. Just look at the paper towels and you will know that they are a big roll, not just a little paper roll core, and they are grand.
Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic
Environment: It is a B&B on the side of the road. Our room was very quiet inside. This is very good and does not affect our sleep. The toilet panel can be electrically replaced. In B&Bs of the same price, this may be the ceiling.
Service: The boss and lady boss are very enthusiastic and heart-warming. Please inquire about the check-in time before checking in. It is a bit touching to turn on the air conditioner in advance. I stayed in 4 hotels during my trip to Zhangjiajie. This is the only one that made me feel at home. When I went out to visit Furong Town , there is no need to pull out the power card, and you don’t need to turn on the air conditioner again when you come back from an outing. I didn’t take any photos, just screenshots of the videos I sent to my family. I rarely write comments, but the boss lady’s attitude is really worth writing out in detail to let everyone know that they appreciate it. Great
Free pick-up at the high-speed rail station: There is a pick-up service. We took the high-speed train at almost 8:30 in the evening. There is a pick-up service, which makes people worry a lot.

GGuest UserI took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret!

SSarahStayed one night and highly recommend. Hotel came and picked us up from the railway station and dropped us back. Booked the panorama room which had good views. Hotel is not overlooking “the waterfall” but has a nice view of the water and town before the waterfall. Got beers from the fridge next door and sat on the balcony and watched the town at night. Location is within the town and need to pay to enter the scenic town but staff will help. Staff speak English and via Wechat and happy to help! Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for looking after us. We got breakfast at their restaurant, steamed buns and soup and was the best tasting breakfast so far! Thank you

GGuest UserWe are two people travelling from the UK. We had no problems booking on Trip and checking in to the hotel with our passports.
The hotel is beautiful with lots of character and charm, even more so when lit up at night by lanterns. There is dark wood and tasteful decorations. There are communal areas to sit.
We had booked a standard double but they very kindly upgraded us to the top floor room, which had amazing views of the old town and a balcony with table and chairs. The air conditioning was excellent, the beds comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, it was very clean. The room had a TV, kettle, cups, shampoo & body wash, plugs by both sides of the bed, insect repellent plugs, towels. The hotel page mentions a fitness room but there isn’t one. There is a washing machine for use, as well as laundry detergent. The balcony had a rail we hung the clothes on to try.
Our room was on the top floor and there wasn’t a lift - not a problem for us but mentioning it for others.
For breakfast, we requested a time and they brought it to the room. We were given a few options to choose from. We had noodles, dumplings, mini banana bread and mini brioche bread. It came with small cartons of milk so we could have instant coffee we had brought ourselves.
Above all, the hospitality and friendliness of the hotel owners was wonderful. They were so helpful. We used translate apps and WeChat app to talk. They ordered a comfortable taxi to take us to the train station. They helped carry our bags upstairs. When we checked in, they offered us local snacks containing tofu, rice, peanuts. They can get discounted entrance tickets to the town for you as well - we did not use this and just bought our tickets at the entrance. They sent us useful information via WeChat.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is just inside the entrance to the old town, and a few metres from the start of the scenic loop around the town. You can reuse the tickets to go in and out. Lots of restaurants nearby in the scenic area, and a large supermarket very close to the hotel, just outside the scenic area. A short Didi ride from the high speed train station as well.
Totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Furong Ancient Town, especially the lovely people who run it. Thank you for a lovely stay!

JJiahui StanleyIf you are visiting Furong Town, this is the best hotel to stay in. First up, the hotel provides free pickup service from the railway station. Communication with the hotel staff via WeChat is seamless.
The hotel is within a 3mins walk to the attraction entrance.
The room itself is spacious and clean as shown in the picture.
Only issue we faced was the weird design of the toilet and shower cubicle. The shower cubicle is too small and has no space to hang towel or clothes without wetting them.
Overall still the best place to stay in my opinion within Furong.

FFar Off & OutThe hotel was in a great location. You can see the entire waterfall and city from your room.
There were only two main things that concerned us. The first was the smell. The hotel is located on top of a restaurant; therefore, you would often smell food in the room and in the halls. We did not quite enjoy the smell. The second is the cleanliness. Brooms and trash bags were left in the hallway as the cleaner cleaned the hotel. It felt quite unclean. The view on the side of the room/ hotel was also all trash. In the pictures, it looked like mountains or trees.
For foreigners, please check whether your room had sitting or squatting toilets. We had squatting toilets, but the photos did not show it.

CChyllaxThe location is superb. The plus is that they arrange pick up:drop off at Furongzhen station. Communication is via WeChat, spoken English is minimal so translation apps are a must. Expect service comparable to an upscale hostel despite a hotel price point, room is fairly clean but it’s the view that you’re paying for; so it’s up to your personal judge regarding value for money. Bathrooms have modern appliances but shower area lacking light. Water pressure is to be expected from old town. Air con good, esp for hot days. Room had a mirror on the ceiling and c**dom for sale so likely the room had an additional purpose!! Price doesn’t include entrance to town, you must purchase if you want to walk around the waterfall and covered bridge areas. There is a noodle shop opposite which will likely be your breakfast spot.

I think this hotel is #1 if you want to have THE BEST view of waterfall (book on Floor 3 or 4) The staff was amazing picked us up and dropped us off to and from the train station and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was just as explained hard boiled eggs and a local bread. I’m a coffee drinker but I guess it’s not a thing here in China so don’t expect your morning coffee with bacon eggs and toast. I’m a picky eater had I known I would have brought snacks to enjoy the view of the fall from my room (it was amazing) room SUPER CLEAN! All staff SUPER NICE and they try to communicate through WeChat or translate. I would defiantly stay here again!
