訂房間點的時候有雙人床，過來了説是被人包了，沒房間了，問了之後説是平台自己加的，他們上面沒有房間，被住滿了，後面説是不能退，給換單人間，住宿條件也沒得説，認栽了衹能説是。電視壞的，拖鞋都沒的個，環境差的沒得説了，第一次來永仁，徹底寒心了，失望透頂，再也不來永仁了
