這家民宿離麗水古街很近，步行幾分鐘的路程，老闆一家人都熱情，雖然現在是淡季，在利用這段時間做部分房間升級，內部有點凌亂，但老闆一家人的積極陽光態度可以抵消掉客人的負面情緒，總體上，小鎮上一家不錯的民宿。

服務特別好，有免費的一次性用品（浴巾拖鞋牙刷等等），早餐很豐盛特別好吃，肉包子粥米糕麥餅…（被我吃的很埋汰），因為不太能買到老闆還給我了幾個綠豆餅。房間挺乾淨的wifi也很穩定，電視有點不會調但是工作人員很耐心的幫忙解決了！

民宿位置優越，周邊麗水街、飯店一應俱全，逛的吃的全都有，交通便利，路口就是客運站，去周邊的古村落很方便。
