房間非常乾淨，設施齊全，住的很温馨，有停車位，有早餐，早餐也很好吃，還有免費的蘋果，以後來北大湖滑雪還回來住

交通非常不便，到雪場要差不多將近20分鐘，班車衹有早8點15下午4點，既不能頂門也不能滑到纜車停，可能就是不想服務沒有車的人吧，好不容易人少説好4點半下山，因為有人臨時下山又改成4點，還是3點50才通知，也不知道想讓人怎麼下山，吃飯還是給鎮裏飯店打電話叫的餐；房間裏兩天捉了好幾個潮蟲。總之沒車不要來吧，服務不太好，説話態度也很差

1.房間很冷，雖然沒空調，但準備了電暖器，本想贊一個服務貼心，但這插座根本插不了😮💨2.馬桶圈冰屁股，本想用熱水沖一沖加加温，但熱水也上的慢，需要三分鐘，站在那裡等熱水起了一身雞皮疙瘩。3.熱水壺用不了，還是插座的問題，挨着插座下面竟然是不可移動的桌子，三向電插不進去，看來這個熱水壺應該是沒怎麼用過，不用清洗了。4.餐飲不衞生，頭天晚上在這用餐，第二天早上起來就感覺腸胃不適，拉稀了，還大膽吃了這裏簡單的早餐，好在我是鐵胃，到中午就好了。5.隔音很差，可以聽到隔壁客人打呼嚕的聲音和手機短訊提示音，我説怎麼房間沒有電視呢，聲音大了別想睡。有一説一，優點也是有的，一個是給配備了烘鞋機，很方便，再就是床上用品不錯，比較用心。媳婦看了網上的美圖，讓我來體驗體驗，裝修風格確實挺文藝的，但這些實在比較雞肋，冬天來滑雪的人最重要的是温暖舒適休息好，整這些還不如把服務做好。

棒棒棒棒棒。 比雪場酒店便宜很多，房間也很棒。 有車滴話住這裏比住雪場酒店性價比高太多。 離雪場約15分鐘車程，就是週末要早點出發去雪場不然雪場停車場會停很遠。
