Choose forgiveness for family trips. I went to the hotel location, but the staff were so friendly and valeted and parked comfortably. Very convenient location to go Everland. Very comfortable hotel and clean to have a good rest after exploring the whole day at Everland. The next day could enter the park without long journey from Seoul. However, the breakfast served was continental breakfast, not buffet breakfast as stated. Very disappointed as spent a lot purchasing the package with breakfast. Besides the breakfast served, all the other aspects are satisfied. Heat patch was given for every guest. Check in pricess is smooth and fast. Luggage storage is provided as well. Bought bhc fried chicken and ribs where located just behind the hotel.

The room size is quite ok, and it won't be cramped for two people. We specially booked it to go to Everland. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi and costs about 10,000 won. There is a convenience store at the door, which is very convenient for shopping. There are many places to eat that are not mentioned in the public. Choice, there is a large ginseng chicken soup chain next to it which is not bad, but it will not be cleaned every day (including garbage will not be collected), so if you stay for a long time, you can ask if it will be cleaned. We only stayed for two days and it was okay. We had no problem communicating in English. , OK distance from the subway station.

The front desk of the hotel basically speaks Japanese. The convenience store downstairs can pay with WeChat. Walk to the sunken square and then across the street there is a bus directly to Seoul. It is double-decker and very convenient. From the airport, you only need to take a bus to get there, but the fruit for breakfast is frozen.

The location was good and it was great to order delicious food. The room feels reasonably spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. The bathtub and bathroom were clean, and it was convenient because the toilets were not separate.

The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

Is it because the staff members checking the room condition with the front desk don't share work or is it because of the system? Is it right for them to enter a room where guests are already present by pressing the password? The world is so dangerous that accommodation facilities need to be concerned about security and safety. It seems like this is not right... It seems like this needs to be checked and improved.
