交通便利：就在米子站對面，步行3分鐘就到了吧，周圍街區有許多居酒屋和燒烤店，吃的東西非常多。在山陰地區遊玩的話，在米子多住幾天，每天不用整理行李，就背個包火車來回，太省力啦。周邊的居酒屋，家庭小飯店味道都不錯哦，根據谷歌map的評分不太會踩雷。
設施齊全：房間不大，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，所需物品基本都有。我們娃腳上在外面玩時紮了根刺，問樓下前台借鑷子，發現他那個急救箱裏什麼都有：）不過雙床房，那個床確實不大，一家三口住的話娃小可以擠擠，娃大的話想要睡得舒服還是定兩間吧，我定了一間雙床，一間單人間，就比較舒服了。
乾淨衞生：房間雖然小也看得出來有點年頭，但是打掃得很乾凈，浴室也沒什麼味道，比較滿意。
服務較好：前台服務態度很好，熱情友好。
