The brand of Hotel Nikko is really guaranteed. Every hotel employee, including the doorman, check in counter, and restaurant, provides first-class service. Since I stayed for three nights, I could taste breakfast in three different restaurants. It was really hot when we first arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel had given us two vouchers to redeem welcome drinks. It was impressive that there is a wide range of choices regarding the drink. During the check in process, everything went pretty smooth. A big shout out to ms honoka ishiji, who is very welcoming and greeted us with a wonderful smile. She had recommended us a few restaurants around the hotel. We ended up picking the japanese-italian restaurant, which was awesome! We got a room with sea view and pool view. The view's nice and so as the room, really cozy and that made me feel like home (though the style of bedsheet and the pillocase is pretty outdated, but thats fine). Btw, the breakfast is definitely a must-try item in this hotel. Do remember to pick a window seat, so that you can enjoy your meal with the splendid sea view. All in all, that was a pretty good stay, and I think I will be visiting again very soon.

Nice view, great customer service and other services including rental car, shuttle bus between airport and the hotel, rides between its parking lots and the hotel , and 12pm check out time. There was mold on the bathroom wall, moss on pool side wall and roof of pool room looked old with black stains . I heard people talking on the hallway very clearly from a room so I was careful being quiet walking with my kids on the hallway. 
The elevator closes quickly and no motion detect sensor so had to be careful. When my kids got off from the elevator before me, the door closed when I tried to get off. I pressed the “open” button but it didn’t work and took me to another floor level…fortunately, my kids were still waiting for me when I went back to them.
There wasn’t much Okinawan dish in the Buffet except breakfast. Lunch and Dinner were same menus. Driving street by the hotel isn’t easy for beginner drivers….streets are narrow and many blinds spot. Be careful driving around the neighbourhood. However, customers service was outstanding, and it was all good experience with the reasonable price. In addition, it was hard to get taxis in rural areas in Okinawa. It seems they have cut off numbers of taxis since Covid has happened. Staffs by the front door can help for calling taxes if you are riding from hotel.

We went there for personal trip and had good relaxation at the hotel. We were concern the pool scale but there are many pool types and some is enjoyable for adults. Also we can go through to the beach directly from the pools. You have to pay attention to the inside pool is paid pool. The one thing I want to point out is the staff attitude at reception desk. Once we check in, it seems the staff irritated for something and no smile. For the explanation of facilities is also not enough. This is little disappointment for us.
