When I entered the entrance like an ordinary house, there was a room with a key, but I think it was probably an ordinary house. I thought the floor was dented, but I thought it was cleaned properly. The child said there was a hair on the bed and a fin on the floor. There were towels and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the bathroom, but both the shower and the currant had to twist the faucet one by one, which was difficult to use. The dryer was in the room, but there was no toothpaste set, Wi-Fi was free to connect, but there was no TV in the room. The living room can be used freely except from 23:00 to 7:00, and there are refrigerators, kettles, sinks, microwave ovens, etc. in general kitchens, and the toilet and bath were shared.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. It is a pity that there is a balcony but there is no slippers for the balcony. The scenery is an ordinary city view. Unfortunately, the weather on the day I went was not very sunny. The curtains in the room are very shading, and the whole room will become very dark during the day, which should be quite good for people who sleep lightly. Toothbrushes and combs need to be picked up on the first floor. The refrigerator space is oversized and can ice a lot of food. There is also a freezer to use. The hanger has deodorant spray, the taste is not long-lasting, but the service is very intimate and very good.  My favorite is that there is a free washing machine and dryer, but there is no laundry detergent, so you need to buy it yourself. The hotel staff is very kind. Although the clerk does not speak Chinese, the housing instructions can be seen in Chinese. When you check in, you will be asked to fill in the email. I didn't know the intention. Later, I found that it was an introduction to the nearby attractions. Super plus points are very intimate. The disadvantage is that the location is not too convenient, you must have a car to reach If you happen to find a hotel near here, you can consider it. 

The car was very easy to stop on one side of the road and the front desk staff was gentle and friendly. The interior of the room is very nice and nice. The bed was a twin with a large bed size that I thought was 2 king sizes. I couldn't hear the sound of making it firm. I left the next morning to the beautiful sea aquarium early in the morning and only stayed for one night, but I could sleep very well.

The hotel is very special, full of design style, and very popular. The room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries provided are very good. Although the room is not very big, it actually has a microwave. It is better than some star hotels. It is a satisfying stay experience. Highly recommended.

I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. Also two months ago Despite his appointment, he said, ”I upgraded to a room above one for free because it will be a very popular room.” I thanked you, but when I went to the room The door is half open? I can hear people's voices from inside. I was surprised to see the cleaner 々. Isn't it an upgrade or a staff reception mistake? I was convinced. The view is not good if it is a family room. I would like to review the system at check-in and review the education of the staff.

Nice view, great customer service and other services including rental car, shuttle bus between airport and the hotel, rides between its parking lots and the hotel , and 12pm check out time. There was mold on the bathroom wall, moss on pool side wall and roof of pool room looked old with black stains . I heard people talking on the hallway very clearly from a room so I was careful being quiet walking with my kids on the hallway. 
The elevator closes quickly and no motion detect sensor so had to be careful. When my kids got off from the elevator before me, the door closed when I tried to get off. I pressed the “open” button but it didn’t work and took me to another floor level…fortunately, my kids were still waiting for me when I went back to them.
There wasn’t much Okinawan dish in the Buffet except breakfast. Lunch and Dinner were same menus. Driving street by the hotel isn’t easy for beginner drivers….streets are narrow and many blinds spot. Be careful driving around the neighbourhood. However, customers service was outstanding, and it was all good experience with the reasonable price. In addition, it was hard to get taxis in rural areas in Okinawa. It seems they have cut off numbers of taxis since Covid has happened. Staffs by the front door can help for calling taxes if you are riding from hotel.

the place is not very convenient, however, if you're driving, it wouldn't be a big issue. There's a convenience store on the ground floor but it closes very early. They're charging 1500 yen per day for parking the reception is located on the 9/F and the check-in is over the machine by scanning the travel documents. The view is very nice and the room is pretty clean but i wouldn't say that it's kids friendly or really suitable for family trip with young kids
