Hotel was about a five minute walk from the train station. Hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful at check in. Lobby was semi-spacious with some amenities and toiletries offered. Room was clean and larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. Only downside I would say is the hotel’s proximity to the railroad tracks…you do occasionally hear the trains as they pass. Not overbearing; however, you do hear them. With that being said, I would still stay at this hotel again.

■ View bus Luxury Ocean twin Bay View Room The room with a clean can has a large window and a balcony. The view from the room, the balcony is the bay bridge, the Ferris wheel is visible. The bathtub and shower room are separate 々, so you can take a bath time slowly. The night view of the Ferris wheel with the bathroom was also very beautiful. Breakfast is surrounded by palm trees and a buffet style restaurant with a southern atmosphere. There were many items and it was delicious. This time, the prefectural people were applied and we were able to stay at a reasonable price. The location is really convenient, there’s a convenience store on the ground floor. The lobby is at 20f with a very nice view showing the whole harbour. Front desk is very kind and helpful. You can get all the things you need at the self service area. Parking is not free but still acceptable and convenient. Remember to give the parking ticket to them to get a parking discount.

Really enjoyed the spacious room and being on top of a metro station with direct trains to Shibuya. Great to have a kitchen and nice view of the harbour. It does take a bit longer to Tokyo but good to avoid the crowds and get to spend more time in Yokohama. Walking distance to Chinatown (although the food there isn’t great) and to Red Brickhouse. Does get busy with the cruise goers so be prepared for longer wait times for check-in and check-out and for elevators. Minor point but there’s nowhere for taxi to stop out front, a bit of hassle if carrying large luggage.

The Regency Club staff at this hotel are some of the best in the industry. Staff that made our 15 night stay feel like home: Shoko, Risako, Chiaki, Shelley, Futoshi, Bianca, Mizuki, Hsegawa and some others but unfortunately I didn't get their names. They helped me with all me needs and questions including helping me with reservations and travel plans. They all speak English and are super patient with families. The rooms are super clean and modern. Housekeeping is amazing and made sure our baby diaper pail was changed each day and every inch of our room was clean. I opted for a suite which had an amazing bathroom with a super big tub. The blinds are automatic and the views are great. Breakfast buffet had so many choices and was so good. Hotel is 2 blocks from an amazing waterfront park and a 10 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium. 5 minute walk to Chinatown as well. The train is also less than a 5 minute walk and there is a 24 hour Lawson right across the street. Oh yea, a really special thanks to the bell-woman who waited with my luggage across the street in front of Lawson with the taxi while I ran back to my room after realizing I forgot my phone in the room after checking out.

Before the Tokyo Olympics, there were several hotels around Fujisawa Station. It is one of the hotels that opened at that time. The location is not bad. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station Rotary (even if the traffic light waiting is long). 24 7-Eleven on the 1st floor of the hotel, Gust, Shabu-Ya, a family restaurant, enters the second floor. The front desk of the hotel is on the 4th floor. Rooms are on the 5th to 13th floors. The gown is located in the elevator lobby on each floor. Other amenities are on the side of the front desk on the 4th floor, which is the style you bring yourself. The room is very simple (compliment), there is no step between the guest room and the unit bath, and the toilet space. There is a Japanese outlet and a USB-A jack beside the bed. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a wired LAN and LAN cables are always available in the room. The TV is not an online TV, but since the TV comes out positively, I was able to use the Amazon stick I brought in using the vacant HDMI on the back of the TV. The room is recommended on the sea side. On the mountain side, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the room (the outdoor unit of the sea side room is also integrated on the mountain side) is outside the window, and the visibility is a little poor. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th and 11th floors. The washing machine is 300 yen per time for detergent and fabric softener automatic insertion type, and the dryer is 100 yen for 30 minutes. There is no money exchange machine for 100 yen cash coins, so if you don't have any coins, you need to exchange money at the front desk. There were microwave ovens and juice vending machines and ice machines on the 12th floor, but I didn't use them. Breakfast is available on the 4th floor with a dedicated space and 40 items Vikings are available at 7:00 〜 10:00 for adults 1,100 yen and children 550 yen. I didn't use it. By the way, there are also Yoshinoya, Matsuya, McDonald's and Fuji soba nearby. The impression I stayed at is that it is very comfortable and normal. I think it is a hotel that can be used in 々 scenes such as sightseeing bases and business trips in Shonan area.
We collect a bathing tax from junior high school students and above. The price that needs to be paid at the front desk may differ from the price displayed on your reservation.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 is part of the Cruise Terminal Complex ”Yokohama Hammerhead”. If you are familiar with Cup Noodle museum, then it's right behind it. It's also a short 10 minute walk from the other Intercontinental: Yokohama Grand. The closest stations for both these hotels is the Minatomirai station on the Minatomirai line. If you are coming by JR, the closet station is Sakuragi-cho on the Keihin-Touhoku line and from there about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Yokohama Grand and a further 10 minutes to Pier 8. From the Hammerhead, you can clearly see the iconic fin shaped Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. It's in a good location with shops and restaurants in Yokohama Hammerhead, Marine & Walk and the famous Red Brick warehouse. The hotel is a rectangle building with an open area in the middle (garden) of the building from level 3. The ”outside” rooms are the City and Bay View rooms while the ”inside” rooms are the Garden View rooms. There's also a rooftop garden where you have a great view overlooking the bay and can just sit and relax in the sun. The staff were exceptional and the rooms amazing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
BBinuI booked for my brother and family. They enjoyed the beautiful view of Yokohama bay bridge. Good thing about trip is that it provides detailed information about the room before booking which is better than the hotel s official website or other online booking.
CChiat WeeMy room faced the traffic so it was noisy when ambulance passed by. Air con was noisy after sometime too. Luckily the weather was cooling so I didn’t use it often. Senior staffs at the front desk were normally more helpful than others. Breakfast catered to mostly Asians so I had enjoyed it.
GGuest UserThe location is convenient. There are elevators at Exit 3 and Exit 5 of Bashamichi subway station. The hotel thoughtfully prepared toiletries and slippers for children. There are two Lawsons near the hotel, as well as a very good supermarket. I will stay here again next time.
HHakucho NezumiHotel is very nice, well kept. Room was great. Bathroom was great too. Staff are courteous and helpful. Location was great. Near the train station, near the subway. Area is bustling, lots of eating places and a Create store (mini department store) is right beside the hotel. Big department stores and malls are also maybe 5 mins walk. Only negative for me was that the British pub in front of the hotel was just brimming with loud drinking people the Friday night that we arrived. The next 3 nights were alright as the area was relatively quiet. Still lots of people about but that was more reassuring than scary as they didn’t appear drunk.
GGuest UserThe luggage of two people was a bit cramped in this room.
There was steak for breakfast, although the taste and texture were average, but it was better than nothing. The so-called pancakes were actually egg wrapped vegetables and the like, which was a bit unpalatable.
It was very close to Yokohama Arena, which was the best point. I came here just for this reason, so it was convenient to watch the live show.
AAlbert JrFor a Daiwa Roynet, I found this hotel a bit disappointing compared to their other hotels. Their other hotels tend to be much more modern in feel and minimalist yet comfortable. This one felt ”old”. Flooring was minimally carpeted so the floor felt hard. Beds were not as comfy as their other hotels. But the rooms seemed larger than normal even for standard rooms. Location is good because it's right on the outskirts of Chinatown and the Yamashita park and station. So from the hotel, accessibility to Yokohama is great.
GGuest UserNice to set my foot again to this hotel. It was the hotel accommodation I booked during my first trip in Japan. Still the same except they dont offer breakfast . The staffs are friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserThe room size is sufficient. It is a little troublesome that the number type is opened. The bed was comfortable. There are several hairs in the bathroom and bathtub. Did you clean properly? The toilet was beautiful. There are traces like water scales in various places except for the toilet. Please clean more carefully because it is not a shared shower in a youth hostel or capsule hotel. It was good to complain on the spot, but there is no in-line phone. If there is anything, you can go down and talk directly. This is the first time a hotel like this. And the private thing of the sphere rolled into a narrow gap under the refrigerator, and it was forced to peek in, but it was full of dust. Because it is a floor, there is a side that is not possible, and only this part is terrible. It's not a place to see, and there's no meaning in this gap. Is it better to block it because it's very hard to clean? The most important bed was comfortable (not too hard and too soft), so it was enough to go and sleep. It was good to have a bottle of water if there was a hot water heater and a glass. The fee was paid mileage, but it was about 5000 yen, so it is good for a busy period. Is the service itself worth the price? If you only manage the bathroom bathtub. It will fade.
GGuest UserCozy place. A tv that can either be a good thing or a bad one if ppl turn it up too loud and spend hours on it zapping around. In the same time in that same common area it’s forbidden to talk, as this place is supposed to be for eating and working, but then they place a tv with Netflix and YouTube and all that stuff in that same room. It’s too hot in the dormitory with too thick blankets at the same time. Otherwise the view from the common space is great and there’s a balcony for smoking on the other side of the apartment. In the end I worked in the stairway…also they place the ppl close to each other even if there’s a lot o space to keep them at distance. So half of the dorm was empty but still I had a snoring guy sleeping right underneath my bed…this can be improved.
