The hotel with the worst facilities I have stayed in in Toyoko-ri so far. There is only one elevator and you have to wait for a long time. There are few seats in the dining area, but the service staff are equally friendly. The station and Chinatown are very close.

Advantages: Clean and hygienic; the location is very good, a few minutes walk from Guannai Subway Station, a few minutes walk from China Street, and about 20 minutes walk from the Landmark Building.
Disadvantages: The room is small, the toilet is extremely small (not suitable for an adult male at all), and the container for boiling water is too small. Especially the sound of the elevator rising and falling seriously disturbed my sleep.

I stayed here to go to K Arena.
It was nice to be able to do laundry cheaply.
There is only one elevator and the breakfast venue is small, so we had breakfast in the room.
The room was spacious and easy to use.
Yokohama Chinatown was very close and convenient.

The location and service are very good, close to the tram station. Very close to Chinatown. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is okay. The room size is considered spacious in Japan.
