The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom and two toilets. The hotel is close to Shunan Street, and it takes half an hour to drive to other scenic spots. Parking is free. You have to go to breakfast early, otherwise the ingredients will be eaten up. The hotel customer service staff are relatively warm and friendly, and they will solve any problems as soon as possible. During the May Day holiday, I took my family to Yixing for a trip. We gave the Yixing Grand Hotel where we stayed a full score. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt the warm and meticulous service of every staff member. The room we stayed in was large and clean, comfortable, the swimming pool and gym were free, and the hotel's meals were rich and colorful. During the three days of stay, when the car was parked in the hotel parking lot, the two security guards also cleaned the car and wiped it spotlessly. Thank you to the two security guards and thank you to all the staff.

This is the seventh Atour I've stayed at, and it feels so good. Needless to say, the room is warm and comfortable and well-equipped. Those who have stayed there know that it is more comfortable than the bed and quilt at home (except for the rich, of course). What is even more unforgettable is the excellent service. From the front desk to the guest rooms and restaurants, every staff member is warm and friendly and responsive. You can sincerely feel that their smiles are from the heart rather than deliberately performed. With this in mind, I decisively applied for a membership card. By the way, the price of this place is very affordable, low enough to make people believe that it really has the legendary cost-effectiveness.

I am very grateful to Manager Zhu from the housekeeping department for her warm service during my stay. She is very caring and helpful to the elderly and children. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are warm and spacious, the location is excellent, the buffet is rich in variety, the housekeeping staff are very friendly, the room prices are also very affordable, high cost performance, great! GGuest UserWe traveled during the off-peak May Day holiday, so there weren't many people and the experience was great. When we checked in, we saw that we brought a child with us, so we upgraded to a parent-child room for free. A staff member helped us with our luggage and took us to the room. The parent-child room was spacious and had a small slide. The window faced the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, and the view was great. Except for the largest outdoor hot spring, which was not open, all the others were open, and the children had a lot of fun. There was also a movie theater, gym, and children's playground next to it. You can register a small card per person at the front desk, and you can go to the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area for free from 5pm to 6:30pm. We had dinner at the hotel, with three dishes for two adults and one child, and the price was very affordable. The breakfast variety was quite rich, and two small bags of specialty black rice were given when we checked out. Thumbs up

WwindyooQingming holiday and husband came to Yixing by car, set the garden spring pool, the location is very good, parking is available in the yard, there is also a parking lot outside. The homestay is in Longchishan Park. It is very convenient to walk to the big reservoir for a while. Then go to the right plank road to go to the tea garden, a very spectacular tea field. The standard room has a balcony and it is very comfortable to sit and blow the hair. The bathroom is very fast, there is no smell, the toiletries are complete, the potato for breakfast is very sweet, and the fermented bean curd is delicious. In short, I recommend everyone to live!

Checked in late that day and rushed to the hot springs. During the period, all the service staff were very warm and friendly. Welcome guests take luggage, bring them into the room, guide the car to the hot spring area, and then pick us up. The shuttle battery car is an old-fashioned car, very eye-catching. Hotel interiors, furniture, including slippers, etc. have bamboo elements. The purple sand pot in the lobby is also very Yixing. The lobby is decorated in a super atmosphere.
The hot spring pool is not too much, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff will also personally send tea, super warm heart.
The room hygiene is also very good, two big and two small stays in the twin bed often share the bed. But there are few impressions of such a clean hotel under the bed.
The room is spacious, the windows are bright and clean, the mountain view is beautiful, and the living is very comfortable. A wise choice to come to Yixing.

After arriving at the hotel, I found that the hotel's service awareness is very strong, and the battery cars are waiting in the parking lot. It is not easy for the staff in such a hot weather. We are a big family, and then there are 2 elderly people and 2 children. The staff thoughtfully changed them in the same building. thank you very much.
Afternoon tea, to be honest, was surprisingly good. In addition, there are local tea leaves in the room for tasting.
Check-out is convenient, there is a service desk in the check-in building, and you can check in directly.
This stay, the overall feeling is that this is a unique, thoughtful, service-conscious, more refined hotel with an excellent location.
I will bring my family with me next time.

The location is not in the center of Yixing, but it gives you the opportunity to be surrounded by forest, explore the bamboo grove and even go to a nearby temple. There is a little pond near the hotel.
The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities.
The hotel staff even helped me to buy souvenirs for my friend! I had dinner at the hotel once, and it was delicious!
If you want a relaxing environment and proximity to Yixing attractions, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

LLeileixiaoxiaoThe standard room was upgraded to a parent-child room for free. The parent-child room is fully equipped and there are cartoons that children like to watch on the TV. Special thanks to the manager Mao Haiyan for helping us apply for a free breakfast for children (originally there was a charge for those who were too tall). The breakfast is also richer than expected. It has basically all the categories that Wuxi people like, such as dumplings + steamed buns + tofu pudding + Yixing special lily soup... I have already recommended it to my relatives and friends around me, and I will stay here again if I have the opportunity!
