We have booked highest room category for 06 rooms and full paid 01 month prior to arrival.But hotel has offered us different room category including very lowest category for 01 room as well. What they have explained is no rooms available even if we paid and confirmed before? Feel total wasting money and washrooms are very tiny as well.

The room is very large and can accommodate our family. Two of the rooms are soundproof and quiet. Breakfast for four is also included. The price is very affordable and the cost performance is very high. More importantly, it is very close to the Small Commodity Trade City, which is very convenient.
