The front desk staff were very friendly, both when I called to confirm my booking and during check-in. The room was quite basic, but overall comfortable, and the bathroom was reasonably clean, not looking dirty or having significant signs of wear like water stains. Breakfast was pretty standard; most of the dishes were cold, and not many people were eating, but it was enough to fill up.

We were the only guests checking in that night. We had booked a room with breakfast included, but because there were so few guests, breakfast wasn't included, and we received a NT$100 refund, which was a bit of a shame. You can ride to Luodong Forest Farm to eat meat soup and explore the forest at the same time, making it a great location.
