Location is good and near the hot spring park and fish spa. Room is a little small for 2 big luggages. Variety for buffet breakfast is good. There is laundry services provided, just note that non staying customers may use the machines as it is conveniently located at the lobby.

It would be better if the soup house has a spa
The soundproofing of the room is very poor (ear plugs are provided)
Personally, I really didn’t sleep well in my light sleep.
The room next door was still chatting until midnight
The bed is a bit soft
But you can choose the softness and hardness of the pillow you like.
This is awesome
Breakfast is delicious
It’s cool to make your own rice balls

The staff are polite and willing to help. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained. The private bath is really nice and there is enough space for two people to take a bath together. This is the second time I have stayed here, and I look forward to doing it again for the third time. Check in
