I have stayed in Lancheng several times. I didn’t expect that the first time and the last time would be so bad. The first time was several years ago with my family and I booked 5 rooms. Suddenly the air conditioner in my and my parents’ room suddenly broke down in the middle of the night. The receptionist said that it needed to be repaired the next morning. I stayed in the stuffy room all night and couldn't sleep well. This time, a family of three went out for a walk together and had a massage appointment. I told the receptionist that the room was ready, so please change the notice. Sir, he also left a phone number at the moment. When I finally got ready, I asked him which floor he was playing with the kids on. He actually said that he had not received a notification from the hotel that the room was ready. I looked at my phone and found that he still sent me a message telling me that the room was ready😳. Although the front desk staff asked me to delay check-out for an hour, they told me the message at 2 o'clock. I saw that it was almost 5 o'clock😩. By the time we went up to use it, the hand-made coffee on the 7th floor was gone. After taking a shower in the evening The hair dryer is also broken😩⋯

The kids had a lot of fun, driving and playing all day. You can play without going out to other places. Value for money. Already arranged to stay again next time, because one day is really not enough to play.

房間很大，床非常的舒服，有貼心沐浴包可以帶走，還有Dyson 吹風機，真的很好用，樓下就是商場，要買什麼都很方便，小朋友住超開心
