數次入住酒店，住過幾種户型房間，總體感覺還過得去，地理位置好，停車方便，服務態度和衞生還可以。但個人覺得房間設施的維護保養需要加強，我每次入住酒店都能發現問題！這次是馬桶蓋破裂，毛巾架歪斜欲掉，明顯是之前眾多住客用來作把手上浴缸淋浴造成的。原因也因為沒有淋浴間，客人衹能用浴缸，而又沒有把手。另外個人感覺早餐品質、服務比去年和今年春差多了。

酒店設計豪華典雅，房間設施齊備，整潔衞生，大堂前台服務員工作效率高，特別是大堂經理朱小姐對客人熱情有禮，能夠盡最大努力滿足客人的住房需求，下次到温湯會再次入住温湯大酒店。

明月山温湯大酒店地理位置優越，在温湯鎮中心地段，離兩口温泉古井距離不足300多米，出酒店商業街各類店應有盡有，吃飯很方便。酒店大堂寬敞，有大型木雕和紅木沙發休息區。酒店有各類房型可選。服務熱情，大堂經理朱經理協助辦理入住手續，並幫提行送進客房樓。所住房間寬敞，室入有温泉泡池，足不出户即可享受泡温泉，愛什麼時候泡就什麼時候泡，真正是一種私家温泉的享受。客房的衞生也是乾淨整潔。酒店的早餐品種還是較豐富的。本來衹訂了兩天房，住了兩天滿意，又住了三天。如果想泡室外露天温泉，可到一牆之隔的工人療養院的室外温泉池泡，住宿本酒店的客人浴票衹要90元。來温湯小鎮泡度假温泉的客人，值得推薦該酒店。下次來温湯度假，我們還會選擇這家酒店。

房間中規中矩，距離温泉古井很近，離公交站也不遠。出門吃飯購物挺方便。每間房衹提供2瓶礦泉水，多了得付費購買。泡澡袋也需要另外付費。購買温泉票可以優惠，90元一張。
