房間設備乾濕分離區床很柔軟 ，早餐品種也很多 ，周圍也有很多吃飯的地方 ，吃完以後在江邊兒散散步 對面也有個天塔 拍拍照 ，打打卡這些也很出圈， 離火車站也很近， 各方麪條件都還不錯， 出行也很方便 ，值得推薦 ！！！！！

這家環境體驗感不錯，就在江邊，辦入住時前台工作人員很耐心的提醒我們各種設施位置，服務態度挺好的。停車位也很多。房間的話也很新，樓層給我們安排的挺高比較安靜，看的視野也很好，早餐是自助的種類也可以。酒店對面有個天然塔打卡點可以散步，環境空氣都很好。值得下次再來！

服務挺好的，就是每次出行都比較麻煩，要到前台掃碼出行，這一點需要更改一下，其他還行，房間裏面是乾濕分離區，樓層也挺高的，視野開闊，對面就是天然塔，晚上吃完飯可以去散散步，早上也可以去跑一圈，值得推薦，下次也會再次選擇這一家酒店

先説結論：差評！如果有和我一樣看評價訂酒店的朋友請耐心看完再做選擇。
前一天住的洛陽華美達，第一次在宜昌住憑藉洛陽的美好印象繼續預訂了華美達品牌，結果大大打臉。
先説點好的，位置不錯就在長江邊上，如果坐長江遊船距離遊客中心也不遠。
服務，從進門開始説，辦理入住時前台小妹冷着一張臉連最起碼的問候語都沒有，就像你去工行取錢遇見的櫃員一樣，然後晚間打算出去逛逛夜市的時候到樓下發現外面下雨了，這時候很抽象的事情發生了，我在外面等車讓老婆進去借把雨傘，等了半天老婆空手出來的！問：傘呢？答：酒店讓交 50 元按金才借，並且服務員在接電話對我愛答不理的就不借了…震驚不，酒店住客前台借傘要按金！並且好歹算個四星，好像如家漢庭都不會這樣…再説説早餐，熱餐操作枱就一個阿姨忙得不可開交，想要吃個單面煎蛋，對不起沒時間做，有什麼吃什麼，早餐品類和四星酒店一點聯繫沒有少得可憐，飲料是沖飲，橙汁就是水裡灑了一點果珍吧…
進房間的映入眼簾的就是四線城市商務酒店裝修風，還搭配了兩雙博柏利格子的拖鞋，淋浴噴頭是一根水柱，手盆的水流如小兒撒尿，這還可以忍的話當你躺在床上雖緊閉門窗但是耳邊風聲雨聲行車聲聲聲入耳，一大早走廊裏摳腳大漢一口濃重方言在談着上億的生意吵的你根本睡不着，你會懷疑你是上世紀八十年代住的國道邊的小旅館，隔音？根本就沒考慮那玩意兒。
酒店與時俱進的在負二層停車場裝了充電樁（慢充），全時段一個價 1.5 元/度，建議可以去旁邊充電站 0.9/度。
第一次評價寫了這麼多字，除了是給驢友做個參考也是督促一下酒店進步，但是硬件好改，軟件真要加大力度，酒店要是沒欠員工工資的話還是要對她們做一些要求的，畢竟是服務行業，連個微笑都不會就別站在前台丟人。

酒店位置便利，非常適合跑者，沿江綠道跑步很暢快，出門望見天然塔很是愜意，吃飯、停車都很方便，步行還可以去方媽麪館和季德里包子鋪打卡。
