這次入住的凱盛美季真心不錯，位置屬於市中心，挺方便的，酒店還提供免費停車🅿️和免費寄存行李服務，真的太貼心啦，工作人員服務周到，很熱情，房間乾淨整齊，配套設施也很齊全，住着也很安心，唯一不好的是酒店附近有工地施工，睡眠質量不好的話可能會有點影響的

前台小姐姐服務好，房間環境衞生乾淨整潔，設施也挺齊全，熱水也是24小時供應，離cbd小吃街，國貿都很近，交通也很方便，附近有購物中心，賣衣服的，晚上也可以去江邊散散步，吃喝玩樂都很方便，出行的首選，每次來都住的這家酒店，入住安心服務好

為了去看老張的演唱會，選擇了這裏，靠近夷陵廣場和cbd ，旁邊還有個小童公園，對面還有小吃街，坐車都十分方便，下次還會來

前台服務很好，提前告知酒店附近兩個施工工地具體施工時間。其實夜間停止施工，不影響休息，早上起床晚的少少影響一點兒。向前台美女諮詢問題時，回答熱情詳細。房間保潔美女們非常體貼，第一天放了清涼油，第二天又看到我洗的衣服掛在衞生間了，馬上配上晾衣架、洗衣液，還幫忙把衣服掛上。我們晚上回來後看到，大吃一驚，住酒店很少碰到客房服務員把工作做得這麼細緻的，客房美女保潔員太細心體貼了，還留了字條；第三天把涼乾的衣服疊放整齊，她們的舉動讓我和老公感動的不得了😭像在家裡一樣舒服😊因為這之後連着續房3天，在這裏足足住了四天，玩得舒服開心😁宜昌這個城市給我們留下了特別好的印象，出了凱盛美季酒店的入住體驗外，還有宜昌市民素質很高，問路什麼的，都很禮貌熱情。城市很乾凈整潔，綠化好，空氣好，人和車出行互相謙讓，各行其道，有秩序，物價合理，性價比高，景區服務好，不宰客。三峽的景色也非常美，國慶節前玩了幾天，總體感覺美美噠。這是我這麼多年旅遊過程中感觸頗深的一次，也是我第一次認認真真地寫住宿點評，我一定要把我的真實感受寫出來，喜歡宜昌，喜歡凱盛美季酒店這麼有愛心的美女員工們，有機會去宜昌的話，一定還入住咱們這裏。謝謝你們哦！🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

之前來宜昌住過凱盛美季沿江大道店，知道房間設施不錯，這次直接訂了這家，是因為離陶珠路美食街近，在市區，美食多。服務態度很好，天天都有留言小紙條，送小禮物，貼心。
