比想象中的要好很多，因為看了很多評論，還有些顧慮。服務人員都還比較熱情，尤其是管家彬彬 熱情周到，房間需要的備品微信裏説一聲，很快就可以送到。這次入住的是西遞別墅，房間衞生沒有什麼大問題，圓浴缸很贊。唯一的遺憾就是小海龜衹送了一個，第二天去前台詢問説是沒有了🤣

我們下午1點多到的，預訂房型的衞生還未整理好，前台直接給免費升級了更寬敞的房型，入住過程相當絲滑。酒店座落在盧村上方的山林間，環境幽雅舒適，鳥語花香，適合各類人羣的度假休閑需求。值得一提的是我們這次的愉快體驗離不開管家Eima的關照和幫助。她在本次的入住前後安排了車接車送，方便了我們的出行。居住期間為我們額外補送了一些日常需要的餐具等清潔用品，每晚在休息前還會問候我們是否有需要再補充的其他東西，這些細節讓我們感到十分温暖！另外，由於下雨不便出行，她還跟餐廳溝通將餐食直送到客房用餐，真的是懶人福音。離開的途中想起了兩件電子產品落在客廳了，與她説明瞭之後直接給我們郵寄到了下一站目的地，真的是好貼心啦！這裏要表揚一下酒店的包郵服務，不愧是豪華五星酒店品牌，傾心傾力打造一流的服務品質，很好👍
