After we booked this holiday and before we arrived, my wife was looking at reviews/comments on Facebook and they were mixed at best with some real negative ones, which gave us cause for concern. We have now returned home from a week at the hotel and I have to say it is a fine hotel. The staff, the quality of food, the pools and slides were faultless. The corridors within the room section of the hotel was a little tired, but cleaned every day, as were the rooms. Location was great for us, 50 minute walk into pahos harbor or bus right outside that ran every 20 minutes. I don't normally like to single out individuals but I'm going to this, Ahmed in the food hall, always polite, friendly and calling everyone by the first name. Hassan in the bar area, very friendly and chatty and was trying to get us tasting the whole cocktail menu. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

This hotel was one of the loveliest hotel i've stayed in in Cyprus. The staff were so friendly, the cleaners were spot on everyday, changing towels, bed sheets. My favourite waiter was BEAMAN, has has us in stitches, very funny and lovely man. WOW the food was of a high standard, something for everyone. The omellete station was my favourite every morning. I will definalty be returning next year.

Just returned from a lovely 7 night break, the hotel is very relaxing and staff can’t do enough to help. Food was aplenty and lots of choice at all sittings. Bus stop right outside so couldn’t be easier to get about . Would recommend , we will be back.

This hotel stands out as excellent in every way, it's also good value for money. Complements to the management team, along with the chef and kitchen staff who provided us with wonderful meals each day. Friendly helpful staff were always evident as well as the chamber maids who did an excellent job. Thank you all for making our holiday to remember! We will be back next year for our 10th visit!!

We had a 5 night stay and had a very good experience Extremely helpful and polite stay made for an enjoyable stay All inclusive food and drink satisfactory along with the evening entertainment and day time activities We want a relaxing break with no issues and that was what we got Plenty of sun lounger with a good choice of lunch time food and drink Would consider returning to this hotel in the future

We fell in love with this hotel two years ago and this year, we brought our friends and family here to renew our vows. A special mention to Ahmed an Muhammad and Maria in the restaurant, who go above and beyond to look after you. Our lovely waiters Hani and Aziz, well what can we say about you two! You have made us laugh for the last two weeks, I hope you both have some time off soon and get to see your family and partners. Our renewal was the perfect day, an idyllic setting and the team really go the extra mile to make it special. If you are considering getting married here. I don't think you could pick a better place. Just book! Rudi, Michael and George. What a team! Thank you for checking in on Grace and making sure she was OK. We can't wait to see you all again next year ❤️

I loved the staff they were very helpful. There were vendors that offered different excursions. The excursions were great. They also had nightly entertainment that was family friendly.

Unless your a brit comming to get drunk just avoid. Hotel seems to just cater for them. Noisy untill Past midnight with loud music and drunk Shouting. Hotel run down and needs refurbishing and the food.. Well the whole night my doughter spent bent over the toilet after dinner can describe the food.

Went to this hotel for our wedding. Michael the wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing, the wedding he created for us was perfect. We had a waiter for the evening during our evening party, his name is Hany. Hany is an absolute gent, played with my daughter, kept the drinks following, joined in the celebrations with us. (He even sang Wonderwall on karaoke with us). Hany and Michael are exceptional people and are a testament to this hotel. The hotel is very good. Everything is clean and tidy. Buffet restaurant does very good quality food, could probably do with some sound dampening in the design of the food hall. It is so loud during peak times. Rooms could probably do with being refurbished and updated, but nothing wrong with them. But overall an easy 4 out of 5. We will be back in July for our Honeymoon.
