After we booked this holiday and before we arrived, my wife was looking at reviews/comments on Facebook and they were mixed at best with some real negative ones, which gave us cause for concern. We have now returned home from a week at the hotel and I have to say it is a fine hotel. The staff, the quality of food, the pools and slides were faultless. The corridors within the room section of the hotel was a little tired, but cleaned every day, as were the rooms. Location was great for us, 50 minute walk into pahos harbor or bus right outside that ran every 20 minutes. I don't normally like to single out individuals but I'm going to this, Ahmed in the food hall, always polite, friendly and calling everyone by the first name. Hassan in the bar area, very friendly and chatty and was trying to get us tasting the whole cocktail menu. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

As repeaters for the 6th time to the Aegean swimup suits, i could only repeat myself by describing this wonderful vast holiday resort. This resort has everything to make it a perfect relaxed holiday; the delicious food at the buffets, the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, the wellkept greenery and flowers and swimming pools, etc.. One can see that the management together with the staff constantly works in striving to upgrade and improve this resort. Also we would like to point out again that Mr. Yiannis is a strong key role player in this process, friendly, professional and swiftly finds a solution each time you encounter a problem, an amazing manager who helps wherever he can. Also a special big thank you to Tony the restaurant manager, always friendly; Elena in the restaurant with a warm welcome; Vinnie the bar tender at the swimup poolbar with his bar welkept and clean, friendly and bringing the guests in a holiday mood; Miss Eleni, the housekeeper, a warm welcome hug, making the rooms spic and span with a nice smile; Helena, a very friendly, professional hairdresser whom you can book through the spa; Mr Pambolero, the bar manager who brings the cocktails to another level, he is definitely a number one in his field. Thank you ALL once again for making our stay memorable and wonderful. See you soon!

Review from family of three, 1 adult and two children aged 10 & 12. Booked with TUI. Transfers to airport around 30 mins, upon arrival staff took our bags and offered welcome drinks and snacks while we completed check in paper work. We were seen quickly and given our info packs and keys. Staff quickly noted down our room numbers for cases (so no carting your bags while trying to find your room). Room was clean and included a stocked mini bar (water, cans of lemonade and coke) which the kids loved. Flooring needs repairs but on the whole I was happy with the room. Daily maid visits , fresh towels and the fridge topped up too. Bed are super comfy too. Food, which I always think is one of the most important aspects of a good holiday. It was fantastic, great range of food for all tastes. Great service from the staff in the dining area, with drinks being served to your table. Kids loved the pancakes and waffles on offer at Breakfast, they also had fresh omelettes being made too. They have a kids section during evening meals with all the usual. Snack bar at the pool opens 12.30 if I remember correctly and had a selection of hot and cold food on offer. Again staff food and service was fantastic. Kids enjoyed both the indoor heated pool and outdoor. Sun beds were comfortable and lots of them. I really enjoyed archery while I was there. They do offer more entertainment through the day though. There is an onsite shop which is reasonable. Entertainment staff at the pool generally have a box of inflatables and toys that have been left so go take a look before you buy stuff. Lifeguard that was in the indoor pool was amazing with the kids (but didn’t get his name). Iced coffee with syrup at the pool bar was my morning routine. Recommend!! I would love to return to this hotel, they clearly have a large amount of guests that return year after year and I can see why. We had a chilled week but did go to the aqua park for a day which we enjoyed. You can catch buses just outside and to the left of the hotel to the harbour as well as the aqua park. Loved the fact you have the beach on your door step. Again lots of beds. It’s rocky so take shoes with you Return journey and airport was a nightmare (no fault of the hotel) - in touch with TUI about this.

I went for one week in September with a friend for a trip to recharge our batteries! We were on the all inclusive ‘elite’ scheme. Pros * I have seen some comments about a lack of cleanliness however my experience was that our room was really clean and serviced daily. The rest of the hotel was also well cared for. The decor maybe a bit more traditional but clean and cared for. * branded drinks in our room restocked each day. * a nice bottle of wine and fruit in our room on arrival and a bottle of champagne in our room on our last night. * food was good. A nice selection and we ate in one of the a la carte restaurants and the food was really good. * went to Greek night and there was great entertainment and food. * cocktails available which were really nice and the bar tenders began to remember our drinks orders and brought them over when they saw us getting low! * plenty of sun loungers. Admittedly were were out of peak season. * great location on the beach. * staff all really friendly with great humour. * a 30/40 min walk to the harbour * adults only pool area * Coffee machine in room * the gardens looked well looked after and cared for. * roof top bar has lovely views to watch the sun set Cons * The usual challange with many all inclusive restaurants that you have to be organised and book your a la carte meals in advance to ensure there’s space. We missed out on the Italian on was we weren’t well organised. * no bath, only a shower. * the room was quite basic in decor, although clean and functional * towels weren’t very fluffy and need an upgrade * seemed to cater to a slightly older crowd - could be the time of year * not much in terms of activities going on in the day * the mini golf area was disappointing and very minimal

Absolutely beautiful place with pleasant people, very good meal, good children entertainment. We were very satisfied and would be glad coming back any time. What I especially appreciate is the service we were provided the very last day of our stay even though the hotel was closing that day. All staff was cleaning the things away, but the hotel still was aware of customers, offering good meal, providing indoor and outdoor pool and namely the possibility to stay in the room till late afternoon hours. Incredible approach.
