It's very clean and the waiter will help me fold my pajamas🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. Breakfast was very good. Taking a taxi is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to it.

The hotel is near Yerevan University. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Great Stairs of Socialism. Along the way is the Presidential Palace (probably) and the Embassy District. The buildings are very beautiful.
The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When we arrived, the room was not ready yet. The front desk asked us to sit on the sofa and provided us with free drinks. No matter what coffee or juice, it was freshly made for you. I thought it was paid for.
The hotel is a boutique hotel, not a large chain hotel, but the owner (manager) is very attentive. Although the breakfast is not as large as that of a chain hotel, we had breakfast for 4 days. There were new dishes every day. The front desk and service staff greeted each other every time they met. They were very friendly.
I saw that the waiter cleaned the room meticulously. When I entered the room, I touched every grid in the closet and there was no dust. Generally, many hotels are just superficial works.

Choosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy.
In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests.
A huge thank you to Arsen who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite.
Although I managed (with the help of Arsen) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for 3 night and found the hotel to be good. The room was comfortable and spacious and fairly modern in good condition. We stayed in a Family room which was two connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms which was ideal. Breakfast was better than expected with a decent choice that changed a bit on different days, served in a spacious restaurant. The hotel is a short walk to the metro with easy access to the city centre

Such a cozy hotel with a very good location and amazing view, the room is really nice but it didn't have a mini bar. Hotel is very close to metro and very peaceful and i have enjoyed my stay there. The staff was also nice, but the food in breakfast wasn't good, I only ate the non processed food.

Прекрасный отель, достойный самой высокой оценки. Во-первых, расположение недалеко от центра (пешая доступность от метро, 1 остановка до самой центральной станции), но при этом тихая улочка, с прекрасным видом на город, уютно, солнечно, воздушно. Во-вторых инфраструктура отеля - красивые холлы, лифт, просторный бассейн с подогревом, прекрасный номер - полностью новый с великолепным санузлом, восхитительные завтраки, включенные в цену (шведский стол). Если захотите вас по-домашнему покормят превосходным обедом и ужином, но это уже по меню кафе за отдельную плату. Нам было уютно как дома. Менеджеры всегда быстро и любезно решали все наши вопросы, а еще там очень красивые девушки работают, и ВСЕ говорят по-русски, что было очень и очень приятно. Захотелось вернуться, выучить армянский язык, попробовать еще сотню вкуснейших армянских блюд. Огромное спасибо за всё!
