Что ж....это несколько номеров в помещении кинотеатра. Вход никак не обозначен. Вход в фойе кинотеатра. Ночью все двери были закрыты. Нам открыл сонный администратор после того как мы начали дёргать все двери кинотеатра. При этом в брони мы указали, что приедем от 2 до 4 утра.
В январе в номере было холодно. Батарея была выключена, при попытке её открыть - из вентиля полился фонтан воды. Мы сразу закрыли. Мда. Кондиционер был, но толку от него было мало. Спать было очень свежо (хорошо, что мы лишь поспать приехали и быстро уехали). В душе все чисто и опрятно, отогревались в нём))
Номер был чистым, кровати очень узкие, но удобные. Замок в двери заедает.
Где-то рядом проходит метро. Очень сильно слышно как проходят поезда под зданием. Может это что-то другое, конечно, но периодический шум и гул наводит на мысли о метро. Сон был не очень крепким.

The property is ideally situated and the comfort and cleanliness were excellent. As a base for touring it is ideal, there is not much to do in the hotel itself. The only thing I’d recommend is that they put a clearer sign and indication where to knock when arriving late at night. However, the staff were wonderful and can’t recommend it enough to others

Отсутстве завтраков полностью компенсировано отличным расположением в центре города, доброжелательным и радушным персоналом. Всё в шаговой доступности на любой вкус и кошелёк. Однозначно рекомендую. Номер 301, Deluxe Suite King Size. Сейф имеется.

Отличный отель в самом центре города, за приемлемую цену. Отдельно нужно выделить персонал. Ребята просто на высоте! Особенно отмечу конечно Тиграна. Стран 25 объездил, но такого отношения к гостью нигде не встречал, честно! При мне заселялись люди, которые приехали на авто, искали парковку (это центр, там никогда нет мест), Тигран предложил им припарковаться вместо его машины...Такое отношение дорогого стоит!) Даже рассматривать что-то ещё не стоит в принципе, если вы ищете комфортный, недорогой отель в самом центре Еревана.
