Located in the center, the rooms are cleaned well, the breakfast is a decent choice, the pool is pleasant, but the staff in the lobby seems to be friendly, but not helpful, the waiter in the restaurant is generally disappointed, does not know the wine list, asked if there was semi-dry wine, they said there was, but they brought dry , asked for white, brought red, at the bar asked what they could do quickly, the answer is - look at the menu .. how much does a cappuccino cost, also look at the menu .. strange, it seems like they should try to earn money, but somehow everyone is without enthusiasm, the overall impression is positive, but the service is not up to the expected in the chain hotel.

First of all, the location of the hotel is an absolute advantage. It is near the Republic Square. It takes only three minutes to walk to the square. It takes about six or seven minutes to leave the subway station. Transportation and eating, drinking and having fun are convenient! The environment is also good, clean and tidy, breakfast is not much for us Chinese, just eat!
But I thought I could sleep well. At five o'clock in the morning, the air conditioner vent above the door suddenly made the same sound as the car started. I woke me up. I didn’t know where the sound was coming from for a long time. I continued to sleep. (The back room will basically be separated for more than half an hour. I got up and went out until 11:45. I heard it when I came back and checked out. There is a video but less than five seconds~ there are 4 seconds, Trip.com not allowed to upload) Then at 6 o'clock, the clock on the bedside didn't know what was going on. The alarm clock rang, scared to death! Really speechless!
It is a bit contrary to the heart to give this score, but the Armenians do not want to give bad reviews for their friendship with Chinese!

The location of the hotel is particularly good, just on the edge of the Republic Square, two or three minutes walk from the National Museum, and you can see the music fountain program every night.
Hotel facilities are general, that is, China's mid-range hotel level.
The breakfast is very rich, and different local fruits are provided every day. It is recommended to try apricots and sime, which is very sweet and breaks my daily understanding of this fruit. 👍👍

The hotel is very modern and very comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious, the bedroom is of high quality, and the powerful and excellent shower. The breakfast is in buffet form, it's very abundant, there's really everything you can want, the eggs are cooked on demand, everything is very fresh and very good. Without any restrictions, the hotel staff is extremely friendly, whether in the restaurant or in the maintenance staff, but special mention to the reception girls who set up in four to meet your requests and days The hotel is very good and it is a good location to recommend for a stay in Erevan, personally, I will certainly return to it at my next visit.

Hotel was very expensive usd 300++ per night for each room so we expected a lot more. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and we did ask for extra bed in one room but was told we had to change to a more premium room rather than just add an extra bed. Complain here is reception is not great at handling exhausted guests and took too long and not pro customer service. Also, a senior member of our family was offended when one of our luggage was dragged on its sides rather than its wheels. This was all before we were headed to the room. When we got to the room, our room key card wasn’t working 😩 bummer ! I really wasn’t in the mood to tip the porter though it wasn’t his fault. I feel bad for the porter though. They had all these nice dried fruits and nuts that were not cling wrapped awaiting us and a note that was nice but was probably prepared for check in time . We arrived at night. So I took some without thinking . Next morning I feel a little strange but by evening I have food poisoning with vomiting. 🤮 cling wrap your welcome treats !

The room temperature didn't rise. I told the front desk the next morning and they said they would have someone check it out. When I returned to the room that night, it didn't change. It was always at 20 degrees. The air conditioner could only reach 22 degrees all night. I told the front desk that night and they asked the manager to bring a heater, but they didn't bring it. This is a big problem
After four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.

i DONT recommend this hotel: ( Especially if you are a non smoker!) : try find another hotel in the similar price range if u can. heres my honest opinion having stayed here for 5 nights. i have stayed in a room 603, on the 6th floor. room is dated which is what you paid for so its not the big problem. 6F is a non smoking floor, when i have reported a strong cigarette smell coming from the room that connects to my room. the hotel manager not only didn't take this seriously, his tone was cold and unfriendly, long story short, they have suggested that i can move to another room at 10:30pm when i have showered n have everything layout in room. i ended up was guided to the the front desk to speak to that same manager Azat. his attitude was arrogant n not customer friendly, just like on the phone. i ended up getting so upset before he said he would do something, when he called back to report that the next door customer did admit that they have smoked in the room, that was no sorry, no nothing. and i was under the impression that it was me who were bothering their evening. so when stay in the non smoking floor smells the cigarette, thats your problem, dont bother me kind of attitude, n either u move to a lower floor with a smaller room, of what do u want me to do - that sort of attitude. very bad customer service from the manager n the male staff here, but to be fair , i have met two female staff members - one who checked me in n other one when i paid for the accommodation, both of the female staff members are very helpful n attentive. a bad shot out Azat. if he is really the manager, then please send him back to training. please consider n think from a customer pov, what would u do when u r showered n about to go to bed at 10:30pm n you smell strong cigarettes smell coming to your room in a non smoking floor n the hotel give you that “ i dont give a fxxk” sort of support?

We were with our family, not the first time we book chain hotels through a booking service, we stated that our child is 10 years old, the service set a price, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a folding bed for the child, the first time we encountered this, if we book a room for three, then not a single hotel assumes that a 10-year-old child 150 cm tall will sleep with us in the same bed, and there were no such problems in Turkey, Dubai, Egypt or Russia.
The rooms are dusty, old carpet, bed linen is half white, half yellow, either from old age, or something happened to it.
There was a long check-in, about 25 minutes, they said something about reserved rooms, although there are a lot of them on Booking, we spent a long time looking for a room, when you get off the plane it is really exhausting.
Everything is delicious in the cafe except the steak, I didn’t like it, it turned out to be rubbery.
Pros: location, cascade, park, observation decks on Ararat nearby, good cafes to eat and in the evening you can entertain your child in the park
Good spa with indoor pool, the pool is very large, there is a large jacuzzi, an interesting option to lie on sun loungers outside with a view of the park

Outstanding
Nice Hotel Good Service, near center, near airport, good facilities, nice and big bed, nice people, everything we need is in the hotel, had great rest and sleep after the long tours. New and current........................highly recommended
This is a small hotel, just seven floors and four rooms on each hotel, but it has a huge amount going for it and is strongly recommended. The best rooms are at the back (rooms 74, 64, 54, etc), for two reasons: one is the imposing view of Mt Ararat way to the south over the Turkish border and the other is that they are the quietest. The rooms have fridge, microwave, sink, and plates and cutlery, so you can eat in if you want: we stayed for ten days and did so several times. Don't bother getting your own breakfast, though: the breakfasts here are superb, with an amazing range to satisfy even picky eaters! The hotel is on the junction of Bagramian Avenue, which is one of the main artery roads, and Orbeli Street, so taxis can find it easily. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, where many hotels are: a short walk down Bagramian will get you to the Bagramian stop on the Metro and from there it is two stops to Republic Square; or, as we often did, you can walk down Bagramian, which is tree-lined, and get the Metro back. There are several handy supermarkets near the hotel in the direction of the Metro and a large, fancier one down Orbeli; also, if you go up Bagramian beyond the Orbeli junction there are several great food shops on the same side of Bagramian as the hotel. The staff are wonderful and unfailingly kind, friendly and completely trustworthy. The lady who cleaned our room was Iranian with a good command of English and a fascinating person to talk to. Down in the breakfast room, at the front desk and throughout the hotel the staff are exceptional. They arranged a car with driver for us at a very reasonable rate and we took advantage of that to go to Lake Sevan; we made several other trips with the same driver and he eventually drove us up to Dilijian as well. Lastly, let's face it, you're not going to learn the Armenian script for a short stay. But you might learn the Russian script and/or bring a Russian phrase book, as a lot of signage is in Russian as well as Armenian but not Roman (eg the Metro). 'Good morning' in Armenian is easy - 'Barry Lewis' - and the staff really appreciated us saying that. 'Thank you' is more of a challenge - 'shnor-haka-loo-tyoon' - but it is worth make the effort to learn because of the smiles it brings out!
Hi I stay in 3 night in Artsakh Hotel There are advantage and disadvantage for hotel Advantage: 1- Clean room 2- Breakfast is medium 3- facility in hotel is very good 4- room is big 5-staff in kind and helpful Disadvantage: 1- Far is downtown 2- First days just charge one water bottle and another days not charge /If you wanna water you most pay 300 Drams (perhaps my leader is confirm is. I don`t know) 3- If you wanna see city and go to central city you most take Taxi (Minimum 1500 Dram for GO and minimum 3000 for back) I recommended this hotel for cheap travel Please attention most hotel in Yerevan is very poor in service but this hotel is top for service
Everything is great! The room is beautiful, cozy, looks stylish, large beautiful window. There is everything you need (towels, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, air conditioning, table, refrigerator) The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and pleasant, the shower is excellent, the water is hot. The location is very convenient, almost the very center, five minutes away there is a SAS supermarket, where there is a currency exchange, and a little closer there is a wonderful bakery. The staff is friendly and polite, they helped with everything. Stayed for one day, very pleased with the stay, I would gladly stay here again if possible
GGuest Usergood hotel with friendly staff break fast was ok, location was 3 min walk to one of the good outdoor market called vernissage, near republic square and you can access easily, you should aware there is no staff to take care of your bags, hotel had no ramp, room was clean and there was construction’s behind hotel which if you want to stayed at your rooms in daylight i think it will disturb you, read the policy of hotel about toothbrush and water. but I enjoyed stay there because staff was kind and location was very good, rooms was clean.
EElinaThe first good impression came from the reception with their helpful and professional approach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel didn’t save on coffee/tea bar. The location is great with a nice view to Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin Church.
One of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was very cold. At the time for checkin I had to stare at a lady on her phone for half an hour without any acknowledgment and the moment she was done she started a conversation with someone who was white in colour clearly you feel disgusted in such a situation. At the time of check in I realise that my card was already charged 50 percent extra over and above my stay charge and also just to spread awareness to everyone the hotel charges 50000 extra to everyone even if you are a non smoker, so they have the power to cut money from your account if they need it. Thankfully it didn’t happen with me. But by far this stay has been the worst stay in any hotel I have stayed in. The staff was cold and just there to make a quick buck even the simplest of a universal adapter which is important to carry as none of there room have proper charging port is essential. Carry all you essentials like extra water bottle dental kit and basically everything you get in a hotel for free you will be charged her even extra water bottles. My suggestion would be to just pay a little extra and get yourself a full service hotel. This by far is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I am sure no one in their entire team would be bothered about it.
LLioness1234I love this hotel. So nice and friendly staff. Great Armenian food in a restaurant. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. If I'll take a trip to Yerevan again, definitely I will stay in Grace Forum. Two spa rooms with hamam and sauna.
GGuest UserArmenia, Land of Eternal Flame
Beneath the shadow of Ararat’s crest,
Where eagles soar and spirits rest,
A land of stories, old yet strong,
Armenia sings its timeless song.
Through valleys green and mountains high,
Her churches pierce the cobalt sky.
Each stone, a prayer, each peak, a psalm,
A witness to her steadfast calm.
The whispers of her ancient kings
Resound in rivers’ gentle rings.
Her wine-stained hills, her pomegranate trees,
Hold secrets borne by autumn’s breeze.
She cradles scars yet stands so proud,
Her voice, a hymn, her heart unbowed.
For though the tempest tried her soul,
It could not break her gilded whole.
Her alphabet, a sacred thread,
Woven through the lives she's led.
A tapestry of loss and grace,
A testament to time’s embrace.
Oh, Armenia, cradle of light,
You rise again through endless night.
Your spirit burns, an eternal flame,
A beacon borne of your storied name.
Let winds of hope through you still soar,
For you are timeless, forevermore.
