The rooms are stylish, warm, and cozy, and match the photos on the website perfectly. The hotel is located in the historic center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We loved everything about it and highly recommend it!"

You have mouse in the hotel, you trab them directly at the customers, even notifying them. This is a gross violation of sanitation standards. I wrote a claim in Trip, as they paid for the booking, waiting for the answer."

"Unfortunately, we weren't able to fully appreciate the place. The manager canceled our reservation and rescheduled it for someone else, failing to reach us by phone two hours before arrival. We were traveling and couldn't reach him. He greeted us hospitably at the gate, preventing us from entering. He offered no alternative and refused to address the situation, explaining that there were no more rooms available. A very unpleasant situation when you're in a small town, during peak season, where everything was already booked in advance... No sympathy, regret, or understanding!"
