Highly recommended. The best hotel in the area. It's out of the Hyatt Group system. There's a swimming pool on the top floor. Nice view. Breakfast is average. Service is just average. The bed is quite comfortable.

Ну что сказать, это не сеть Хайятт, к которой привыкли: для мини бара чтобы его открыли нужно внести депозит) для номера Делюкс это более чем странно. В день рождения меня поздравили в женском роде)) г-жа Бычкова) это прекрасно, что я мужчина - всем плевать. Номер убирали после звонка, то есть уйдя утром, придя в 15-16 вы обнаруживаете неубранный номер, который уберут до 19.00)) и таблички убрать номер - в номере нет. Въехав в номер и включив вентиляцию вы обнаружите запах еды, который будут убирать ионизатором))) биде в туалете нет, бассейн платный) за завтраком ужас: нет мест, просекко ждёшь 45 минут, официанты не справляются с наплывом.... В общем, никогда больше за такие деньги...

I booked the hotel twice through the app (confirmation came only for one of the bookings, so it turned out that I had 2 rooms). The hotel staff refused to help and canceled the second erroneous reservation. So a night in a hotel cost me 40 thousand (they charged me for two adults to stay in two rooms, it turns out I paid for 4 adults with breakfast - crazy! I lived alone btw) without breakfast and not even an ounce of help. In addition to this, there was no help in carrying my suitcases from the taxi. I've lived in this hotel 4 times - today I've definitely had enough, I won't go back and I don't recommend it to anyone.
