Because we had to meet in the lobby for the hot air balloon ride the next morning, we chose this resort hotel to stay for one night. It was a pleasant surprise. The whole trip was very healing. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room is large and newly renovated. The room has a terrace, which is perfect for relaxing. If you have a chance, you must drive to the Yarra Valley.

Friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious. Room amenities was great and appreciate the warmer in the toilet. It was a relaxing stay for us. We definitely will be back again.

Excellent customer service. Pool could have been warmer since it’s winter it wasn’t warmer enough. The food at dinner was over priced for the quality that I got. The breakfast was good and there was a variety to choose from.

Everything is excellent. Very polite and helpful staff, good location near the attractive points. Excellent wine tasting and dinner, but somewhat under expectation breakfasts
