房主熱情，去旅行有啥不懂就問老闆，也挺麻煩人家，房子不錯就是下水有一丟丟味道，房子可以的，煙台打車是真的貴

打車10元左右可到天馬棧橋，沿路孤獨的鯨、金沙灘等步行可達。小區附近有公交車站、永旺夢樂城、超市、萬科城等周邊配套。房屋所處小區屬於創業園區，某些原因被擱置了，可見的蕭條，也能感受當時建造時的狂熱。自貿區、騰訊入駐、高級學校等化為幻夢。希望能重新振興吧。煙台南站坐高鐵要提前2-3個小時規劃行程。性價比還是很不錯的。
