凌晨入住，停車場，接待大廳門均無人且已上鎖，打電話把幾遍也無人接聽，最後接了又態度極其惡劣的掛斷……再打…．．反覆多遍後來一個人，腳穿拖鞋、口操方言、態度極其惡劣！折騰半小時後入住，電梯也有故障。房間衞生也差，如此種種．也算一般，退房時又被告知，他們一直這個**。可憐了投資商養了一幫垃圾！

出行很方便 房間也乾淨，前台服務也很熱情周到，老闆免費升級了套房，臨走送了小禮物，房子裏面有玩具，比較滿意。

疫情後再次來此，泰生小鎮變的越來越漂亮了。環境優美，娛樂項目豐富，運動，葡萄園，種植，酒廠…真不少。客房沒施齊備，可以做飯，房間寬敞很舒適，設施使用便捷，夠品位。服務越來越人性化，熱情周到，隨叫隨到，新開放的高爾夫練習場，小樑教練很陽光，教練專業佷勤奮。新添早餐，可堂食自助，也有送餐到客房，經濟實惠。再來還住他家。

安全管理太差，單身女性住店，未經過本人隨意給男性房卡。所謂的願意賠償嘴上説的很好聽，要簽承諾簽保證，還要拿身份證錄視頻留證據，簡直侮辱人！！！
12315投訴啥都不怕，態度硬氣的很，不就是看消費者不至於去走法律途徑嗎。
