前台態度相當生硬，收了住宿按金後才改善。反覆強調室內物品價值。房卡衹給一張，申請2張方便出入，居然問我們要那麼多張幹啥。有幾間空房間前台也不清楚。淋浴頭支架用螺釘勉強塞在牆上的小孔內，晃晃悠悠的，洗到一半支架掉下來，得使勁把它揌進去才能趕緊接着洗。洗手池漏水，衞生間地面滑，積水沒有地巾，半夜拿衞生紙吸水。早餐不是一般的差，不如街邊豆漿油條可口，標價48元。
