平常出門旅遊經常選擇漢庭酒店，但是這次入住漢庭的體驗極差。
辦理入住和退房時，前台工作人員態度冷淡，對我們的詢問不耐煩，回答簡短生硬，極其隨意，語氣也不是很好，沒有一點熱情和專業服務意識，衹能説唯一的一分服務分給保潔阿姨。
漢庭這次的服務完全沒有達到應有的標準，希望能重視這些問題，改進服務質量，不然真的很難再選擇你們。
