Lykia Botanika Beach Fun & Club - All Inclusive

Hotel needs lots of updating, just poor maintenance throughout. The Sun bed cushions were pretty yuk, they need new ones. Pool bar stank of stale beer and just got worse as the week went on, they don’t bother to wipe down the counter tops, so it’s swarming with wasps and flies. Food was good, lacking good descriptions of what the dishes were, so it was a guessing game mostly. Staff were mostly excellent, which is why I gave it a higher rating. Had a Turkish bath and massage in the spa, this was excellent.

No towels, toilet paper, stained bed sheets. Late arrival and hungry, we were offered cold soup and bread! Plenty of mosquitos and insects in the dated, bedrooms. Staff only cater for Russians and Turkish clients, meaning no English is spoken. The website and holiday pictures are definitely not what we experienced. Very dated and not maintained. The staff at reception were rude, and not helpful. The hotel manager was aggressive and rude. I'm just glad I did not bring my family here. I would not return here again.

My room was so grubby. Reported faulty shower..ignored. Plenty of choice of food but Snack bar was hideous....cold burger slapped on a cold bun! Not like folk were queuing so they had time to at least put bun on griddle! I fell and required first aid...reception had no kit! And Rep offered to call ambulance...for a slight abrasion. Highlight was the Spa. The masseurs were awesome The staff there were very attentive to my bleeding arm....without them I wouldn't have got a drop of sterile water! So kind to me. weather was perfect for lounging on sunbed...but tables needed a scrub....filthy!

Very dirty room and hotel does not deserve the stars it has been given the staff do try there best avoid if you don't like Russian people they are very rude and don't know how to behave like pushing in the que at the bar,restaurant and getting beach towels etc.

The hotel is rather bad than good . In our case, we have paid very little for 10 nights to stay -850 euro for 2 adults + 2 kids,so I wasn't expecting much for such a price. But I feel sorry for those who paid more than that. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, a few other hotels around,two small shops and a taxi rank. Local bus just outside the hotel,but it is between 40 minutes to an hour to get to Fethiye town,20 minutes by taxi,but taxi is expensive. The hotel itself is very worn-out and tired. . Dining room is VERY, VERY DIRTY, and the tables are never wiped between use. Most of the time, they just collect everything from the table and in their opinion table is ready to be used again. We used wet wipes to prepare our table.Food variety is ok,I would say plenty to choose from,but repetitive and very simple,fish ,chicken ,salads and grains. A lot of desserts and cakes. Most of the dishes are very spicy. The pool snack bar is ok,although the snack bar at the beach is better. We had a lovely and very big room,but cleaning staff never ever gave it a clean,they just tied our bed and gave us fresh towels. Towels and bedding are very worn-out. Rubbish outside rooms haven't been removed for days. Pool and water park are very good. The path to the beach is lovely,literally, you walk through the wood. The beach amenities are also tired and worn out. There is no sand for kids to play. Water activities are very expensive and not worth it . Reef walkers would be ideal to wear on the beach,as there are a lot of rocks. Reception staff is ok. I didn't really deal with them . Spa is ok ,also a bit worn-out and very expensive, hammam with scrub and foam + 30 minutes back massage cost me 46 euro,which is very expensive for Turkey. Also, you have to pay for wifi-3 euro a day per one device. No activities,no evening entertainment,apart from mini disco ,karaoke or bingo. In general, hotel grounds are not too bad, but it is worn-out and nobody looks after it.So I wouldn't recommend this hotel,unless if you are paying very little to stay here,as we did.

Shocking hotel, More Like 2-3 star. Reception staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Ogna is beyond rude and should never be in front of house. The building itself is tacky, food hall chairs and tables are absolutely capped in dirt, tables never wiped clean, food was terrible, freezing cold, same rubbish everyday. Back bar was grim, greasy burgers thick in fat, the man serving uses his hands to dish your food up, no gloves or tongs, chips always soggy and freezing cold, wouldn’t even feed this rubbish to an animal. Pool area is very untidy, used cups and plates all over the place, swarmed in flies. Rooms are grim, housekeeping doesn’t exist you will only get fresh towels if you’re lucky, never used any chemicals on the room to clean, sink moves around and leaked which made floor slippy, Rooms are so dated, pillows smell musty, bedding also, two blankets you get. Safe never worked, asked everyday and nothing was done about it. Lights didn’t work in the rooms, asked again everyday and nothing done about it. Litter everywhere, and poor cats defending for themselves.

Since when do you have to pay extra money for WiFi at an all inclusive holiday, we had to pay £20 each person for WiFi, We’ve just got home from a 10 night stay at this hotel, in my opinion and the other 7 people that came on this holiday we wouldn’t recommend staying here if your English, the staff are very rude and disrespectful to English but will bend over backwards for anyone else I’d say there was one or two staff members that spoke a little English and was polite the rest was horrible with bad attitudes, the food was the Same boring stuff every day bits of meat in tomato sauce and chips or nuggets, the entertainment was the same routine stuff every night starts off with kids entertainment at 9pm then one round of bingo about 10-10:30pm, the hotels so far from everything including restaurants so make sure if you book take lots of money to get taxis, the hotel smells everywhere like bad garbage cans/rotten fish, the rooms are outdated the bathrooms are mouldy and the shower and taps leak, the floors are so slippery my niece slipped right on her back and I slipped straight on my knee and ankle some old lady slipped in the dinner hall and really hurt herself, the photos are very misleading, we booked a family room for 4 of us and they gave us one room with a double bed and a single bed with a pull out bed all in one little tiny room and when I complained they was adamant that the hotel was full and they couldn’t change the room even tho they gave us a standard room when we booked a family, overall I personally wouldn’t waste your money the price you spend here you could find a better hotel in a better area I wouldn’t recommend fethiya all together, last thing DONT book trips out using the hotel there so expensive we got ripped off by FUNDA, if your gonna book this hotel then I’d get the bus outside the hotel straight in to fethiya soon as you get off the bus there’s a place you can book trips do it there for literally less that half the price the hotel charge.
