Le Club Luana est un très bel endroit, dans une très jolie nature. Les activités sont variées et le staff hyper sympa, très souriants et agréables! Un petit plus pour notre femme de ménage, Erge, très gentille. La nourriture est absolument excellente. Et les services de snacks entre les repas également au top. Les bouteilles de vin sont distribuées, ce qui rend la consommation entre amis simple et le vin est de bonne qualité. La salle de sport est très bien et facile d'utilisation, on peut y faire du cardio comme de la musculation. J'ai trouvé la qualité des spectacles du soir très haute, avec des artistes de haut niveau. Les propositions sont variées, avec de la danse, des concerts en plein air, spectacles d'acrobatie, etc. Très chouette! La propreté est aussi bonne, que ce soit dans les espaces communs ou dans la chambre. Les points négatifs pour moi: la wifi ne tient pas, dès que le téléphone se met en veille, elle ressort. Ce qui fait que j'ai dû me connecter très souvent. Les murs des chambres sont mal insonorisés; malheureusement nos nuits étaient entrecoupées par le bruit des autres clients qui rentraient tard (pas toujours respectueux, il faut le dire aussi). Et le gros point négatif à mon avis est le "Paradis des oiseaux", qui est en fait une prison pour oiseaux. Les pauvres se trouvent dans des cages très petites (sont dans des cages tout court). C'était pour moi une tristesse de voir cela et j'ai évité d'y retourner lors de mon séjour. Ceci n'a pas de raison d'être pour moi. Contrairement aux oies, qui sont dans un étang et qui vivent là dans de bonnes conditions. J'y retourne avec plaisir, en espérant que la condition des animaux soit améliorée !

We came here as a family of 4. Kids 4.5 YO and 2 YO Pros The hotel itself is beautiful lots of plants and cartoon character statues the kids loved to see. Numerous bars on site to grab a drink in with lots of selection. The pool was great and the kids loved their pool. There very close together which is great aswell. There was a lot of choice for food and nothing seemed to sit there for too long. The snack bar by the pool was great for a midday snack repetitive food but nice and easy for the kids. The day time entertainment was great. Lots of people involved and the entertainment staff were good aswell. Night time entertainment was good, kids disco at 8:30 then something for everyone. There were 2 live bands during our stay which were great. Staff were always helpful even with a language barrier and I felt they genuinely tried their best. Cons We found the beds very uncomfortable. I struggle with back pain anyway but my partner doesn’t and she struggled with the beds. There is a bar that’s open till about 2am and you can feel the base from the bar in your room. There are other restaurants on site you can book into but they have a set menu so you have no choice of meals in them. A set menu with a couple options would be better We had a great time. The hotel is lovely with plenty to do. Would definitely recommend

Здравствуйте! Мы отдыхали с Мужем в этом отеле с 08.10 по 19.10.24г. Прекрасный отель. Мы доплатили за номер в корпусе Лагуна и об этом не жалеем. Островок релакса и спокойного времяпрепровождения! Два своих бара, где делают вкусные коктейли. Барменша Sila запомнила мои вкусовые предпочтения и готовила мне кофе, который я люблю, без напоминания. Эта территория открыта только для гостей, которые проживают в этом корпусе. Мы посетили рестораны а-ля карт. Вкусно. Для разнообразия можно сходить. Отдельное БОЛЬШОЕ СПАСИБО хочется сказать команде аниматоров. Мы познакомились не со всеми, но имена НИКА и АНАСТАСИЯ, до сих пор в моём сердце! Замечательные и очень талантливые девушки, которые помнят всех гостей по именам! Всегда уделят всем гостям внимание и ответят на все их вопросы! Это очень приятно. Ради такого тёплого отношения хочется вернуться в этот отель. Нам всё очень понравилось. Приедем в 2025 году. Спасибо ВАМ большое!

Отель на 4 звёзды.Еда хорошая ;аниматоры супер; отличный детский клуб.Красивая территория.Море рядом.На рецепшене стафф даже обсуждать не хочется.Проблемы не особо решают.Все впечатление испорчено.Нет банкомата,карты не везде принимают.Ультро все включено,но многое только за плату.Номер не продлили.До вечера были на улице.На 6 часов оплата 115 евро,и сказали нет мест.Парковую зону не рекомендую!!!!!!!Номера ужасные.Хотя мы уходили с утра приходили вечером.И мы не капризные.Ремонт давно не делался.Кровати жёсткие,невозможно спать.И все покусанные,на детях нет живого места.Это честный отзыв

6th time , never had a bad holiday, this resort is for everyone. There is a quiet bar and pool in the second part of the resort for old coffin dodgers like my partner and I or chill at the cocktail bar. Already booked for next year, hoping to get a top floor deluxe apartment in the Lagoon area. Read a few bad reviews about the resort. Absolute nonsense. Place always clean, food choices are excellent.

Nice ambiance, very friendly staff and the chef Furkan makes very nice sushi! We are enjoying a relaxing week in this hotel just before it closes for the winter. But still everything is perfect in order. Good animation, everything is clean and also the hamam is very good. The massages are perfect!

Територия отличная, много зелени. Хорошие питание, ультро все включено. Отличные аниматоры. Особенно Ника и ведущий вечерних шоу Адам. Очень хороший и дружелюбный стафф в детском клубе. В парковой зоне старые номера, жёсткие кровати. Необходимо обновление. Отель на твердую 4.Нет банкомата, карты не везде принимают. До города 30минут на автобусе.Много комаров, и постельных клопов. Дети в волдырях

This hotel presents itself as a luxury 5 star resort. The truth is, it’s cramped and chaotic. There are just too many people for the facilities available. Issues The main restaurant looks like a chaotic school canteen. People pushing and shoving to fill their plates Sunbeds are few and far between, often reserved in the early hours of the morning. On a positive, the gym is quite nice, lots of equipment. The staff there are super friendly and always smiling. Bar service is good, but the reception staff are surprisingly awkward and rude. Calling down to reception is a pointless activity as it seems they can’t handle anything on the phone and you always have to come to the front desk… Animals Oh the animals, honestly it’s truly horrible what’s happening at this resort. Why are these birds of paradise trapped in these inhumane cages ?? Several of them have lost their feathers and look completely distressed. How has no one else commented on this? If the hotel is unable to manage a ‘zoo’ then this part of the resort needs to be shut down. Conclusion I think if you just want to a break with the kids maybe it’s not the worst place, you might not mind the chaos. But if you want a really relaxing get away please find something else.
