Yangzhou specialty dumpling noodles are great 👍🏻, this soup base is the soul, as a native of Yangzhou, I ate it today and it tastes pretty good! The waiter in the breakfast restaurant was very enthusiastic and served well early in the morning. It was very convenient to check the room number! Yangzhou fried rice is sufficient, and there are also hot fried buns, dim sum, porridge, fruits, drinks, salads. The place is not big and the variety is very complete

The room is quite big. It's not in the city center but it's quiet. It's on the side of the Grand Canal. When you open the curtains, you can see the river and the Ferris wheel on the opposite side. The room is spacious and bright, especially the bathroom is very big, with good lighting and clean linens.

The stairs are a bit slippery, and you must be careful when you go downstairs, especially when you get up at night, it is recommended to turn on the lights. After entering the store, the front desk service was kind and warm. The standard room I stayed in had windows and could see the tile blue sky. The room was clean and tidy. The decoration style was not vulgar. The items prepared in the room were also very intimate. I decided to stay for one night. I feel lucky to live in such a comfortable room during the trip, and I will choose Atour for future trips!

Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who kindly offered to assist us with our luggage. This small gesture set the tone for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff members at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
To our delight, our two children were surprised with adorable teddy bears as welcome gifts. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that instantly made them feel special. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle.
Speaking of the room, it was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. The room was equipped with a variety of drinks and plenty of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones.
Throughout our time at the Ramada Encore, what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff members. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a positive impact on our experience.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage.
Cleanliness:
The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc.
Service:
The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room.
Amenities:
The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series.
Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The warm and thoughtful service of the hotel waiters satisfied us.

Hote manager was very nice, activated the staff to drive us but still not able to catch the train. Anyway, thanks to them for been so thoughtful, going extra miles to help

Xiaodu Xiaodu wakeup can only turn on and off the lights, etc. At night, when I order takeout, a small robot will deliver it to the door and tell me to pick it up. For me, I really like this kind of unmanned accommodation experience throughout the whole process. The hygiene is relatively good. The sheets and pillowcases are not mottled. At first glance, they are all white and stain-free. There is no peculiar smell on the body, and the children are not allergic. The only shortcoming is that the sound insulation is average. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. Overall, the front desk gave the children a lacquer fan when I checked in on May 1st, but since we came to Yangzhou, the children still made two by themselves.
