設施：有膠囊咖啡機和冰箱，膠囊咖啡和冰箱裏的飲料都是免費的，有小機器人送水送外賣
服務：這邊服務真的很好，從入住前就能感受到這裏服務的用心了。首先因為附近綵衣街修路的關係，百度地圖的指示有點滯後，前台提前一天打電話確認了入住時間並把到店路線和導航視頻發到微信；入住期間無論是小陳，小仲還是小黃服務都非常用心，熱心地幫忙安排車位、搬箱子，我們到得晚，酒店還現煮了湯圓作為夜宵。更受寵若驚的是薛師傅還給我們洗了車，非常感動。
環境：酒店靠近怡園，綵衣街，東關街，個園和史公祠，具體瘦西湖也就1公里出頭，非常方便。

服務實在是太好了，從停車開始到入住，簡直是賓至如歸。
停車非常棒，可以提前找前台預留車位，另外早上停車場薛師傅還會幫你沖洗車子，簡直好到下次不住這裏都覺得對不起這服務態度了😂
地理環境也很佔優勢，邊上吃的玩兒的都是步行能到達。最後附上週邊遊玩隨拍的照片📸

- [ ] 來揚州帶孩子旅遊的，結合評論選擇的和頤酒店，地理位置不錯，在市中心，離各處景點都不遠的，不遠處就有地標文昌閣四望亭等標誌性建築，未到酒店因為裝修就有工作人員在路口等待引路，保安師傅和前台都很熱情地迎接我們，房間可能因為市中心原因有些小，但是所需物品應有盡有的，房間衞生乾淨整潔，採光也好，工作人員服務真的很好，特別是工作人員歡歡，在樓層退房偶遇，看到我們拎的大包小包帶小孩，便接過我們手中行李，送到廣場的車子上，一個看似普通的舉動，卻温暖了整個旅程，不知道酒店員工怎樣把服務延伸到這種境界，可能是服務的信念吧，每一位員工服務理念深入貫徹，總之，這個揚州的旅遊是很順利的，揚州景美揚州人心更美^_^

服務：有入住離店禮物，提供夜宵。小仲和小李兩位每次進門都會給問好、拿東西、開電梯，早上出門發現保安薛師傅幫我們把車都洗了。在沒有要求的情況下主動提供了很多服務。

酒店位置極好就在四望亭附近，步行幾分鐘就到東關街，離瘦西湖也很近，酒店房間非常乾淨，前台的工作人員周到熱情的服務倍感親切，晚上還送了夜宵非常貼心五星好評！
