Hotels Near The Moon Water Rock in Yangshuo

I spent a long time choosing a hotel before going there, and finally decided to book this newly renovated All Seasons hotel. It's not too close to West Street, but it's not too far by electric donkey. The hotel is right on the road, so it's easy to take a taxi, or you can rent an eDonkey directly downstairs. It rained heavily that afternoon, so I brought a small umbrella with me. The hotel room happened to be equipped with an umbrella, which helped me. I originally booked two nights, but the itinerary changed and I changed it to one night. I left the hotel early. The lady at the front desk was very cheerful. Handled. Generally speaking, the room is new and clean, the service is good, the facilities are good, and the stay is comfortable.

Stayed in the duplex room - favourite hotel throughout our month long trip! Clean, huge, spacious, comfortable, had an extra bed downstairs etc. lots of food options around, walking distance to west street.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and at a very reasonable price. The hotel is conveniently located directly over the central square of West Street. The view of the square is through windows that covered one full wall of the space. The room was the Cabin Suite, with two spacious rooms: a bedroom an a sitting area. The bathroom was very well laid out as well, with a separate shower stall (not always the case in China), and enough space for two adults to occupy the room at the same time. The price is surprisingly fair given the location, room quality and overall pleasantly decorated establishment. Each day an afternoon snack of fruit and tomatoes was delivered to the room. We would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel also has a rooftop lounge with an excellent view of downtown Yangzhou square . In addition there is a swimming pool on the roof with a fully functioning pool. One more note: there is an elevator. In my opinion, everything is perfect. At the hotel you will be met by an attentive and kind reception worker who speaks english. They will tell you everything and answer your questions about the hotel and the sights in the area. The hotel is located not far away, within walking distance from the busy and noisy west street, but at the same time it is very quiet and calm near the hotel itself, which is important for a good sleep. The breakfast at the hotel is good and delicious. Also in the afternoon, the hotel offers to enjoy a drink with fruits and cakes on the roof with a charming view. It is possible to rent a bike right in front of the hotel to explore the area. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pros: The location is perfectly placed to enjoy West Street. The room was quite comfortable with a great tv and cool AC. Having the little balcony was nice and the tub was very relaxing. Cons: it was a little difficult to find at first and up a dark alley and a hill. Not so easy with luggage. The hotel staff didn’t really clean the room, just replaced paper, and towels. They did empty the garbage, but didn’t clean the cups provided for tea or coffee. There were leaks in the bathroom sink and the shower. Staff was not at the desk when we needed to check out in the morning. We called but no one came so we had to leave the room cards on the desk. Overall rating: 7.4/10 - Would stay again and would recommend

The location is great. It’s a 5 minute walk to west street. The owner can book tickets for tourist attractions for a bit cheaper and can help you book cars. The view from the top is nice. It’s really loud outside but you can’t hear anything from inside.

The location of this hotel is strategically located near the LiJiang cruise port. It is walking distance to XiJie (West Street) which is famous for its eateries and bars. Luckily the hotel is not located at XiJie that is bombarding with noise from bars. Hence we have a quiet and peaceful night to sleep. Hotel has laundry room (include dryer) that is free of charge. Room is clean. All the drinks in fridge are free of charge. Will supply mineral water upon request for free. Thanks the receptionist Emily for her recommendation on where to get authentic Guilin Mihun in Yangshuo. We receive free gift (green bean cake and luo han guo) upon our checkout. The only con I can think of is that receptionist allows a smoker to smoke at lobby even though non-smoking sign is shown. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay here.

A gem of a hotel nestled in the woods just up of the Li River. For those looking for maximum peace and tranquility after a day of exploring the amazing Yangshuo area. This is where you want to be. Is less than 20 yuan for a taxi to or from the center. They have a full service restaurant that serves you well

What a dreamy hotel! Every time we drove by another hotel in Yangshuo, I thought, ”Wow, their view is not as good as ours.” The location is a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but I appreciated being away in the quiet. The area around West St can be quite noisy. The hotel rooms were so spacious and beautiful, and we loved being able to sip tea on the balcony and gaze upon the majestic karst mountains. The front desk staff is very friendly, and on our arrival, one person in particular was SO helpful (likely patiently spent maybe an hour helping us) with this payment issue we were having (with a Chinese bank card), when she could have easily just been like, ”It's not working, just give me your American card” or something. They do have a laundry service, but it is 30 yuan per kg, which can add up (especially since I felt all my clothes were heavier because they got damp from the humidity), but there are also washers on the roof, which you can use for free (and then hand dry in your room). While we were in Yangshuo, there was constant torrential downpour, so there were a few afternoons, we just hung out in the hotel lobby/bar/restaurant area, which was so peaceful and quiet, with lovely views. The food and cocktails are just okay, but I enjoyed the fresh fruit juices and smoothies. I would also recommend using any of their drivers, especially to pick up / drop off at train stations, or for a day-long tour. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. On the one night we used a Didi driver, they refused to drive up the hill to the hotel (though the hotel drivers are happy to), and we had to trek up the very slippery and steep hill ourselves.

The hotel is conveniently located by the bus station providing easy access to the train station. It's right in the heart of the ancient town. The room is nice and modern and is priced well.
