Hotels in Songcheng Eternal Love Scenic Area, Yangshuo

I found this hotel inadvertently, clean and meticulous, impeccable, the bedding is also good, the duvet cover is very comfortable, the key is that the service is in place, and the price is in my heart. It is difficult to imagine that such a good environment is only 4.3 [covering face]. I asked the front desk to know that it was changed last month. Many facilities have been changed. It is recommended!

This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons Yunqi Resort in Yangshuo and it did not disappoint. We were in Yangshuo for Chinese language training nearby at Omeida and it was a perfect place to stay. The service was exceptional. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed and so comfortable with views of the karst mountains and lily pond streams. The breakfast provided the right amount of choices and the afternoon tea was a nice treat. We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed every bite. One of our favorite things is the bedtime soup. It helps us sleep after a day of study and site seeing. When staying in Yangshuo, the Four Seasons Yunque Resort is our first choice.

Extremely extremely great customer service. They had bike rental (at market rate) & also provided tours/ticket purchase for popular attractions (they got better rates than most online sites & tour agencies). Better to just book with them directly. Felt super well taken care of throughout my stay there and receptionist jiejie was always providing me with the best advices on how to go about my day and where to get the most value purchases. You can feel that they are genuinely trying to help you and not make money from you which is really rare in such a touristy location. Also almost got scammed and they problem solved it with me, helped me to scold the scammers and got my money back. Super grateful for them. Extremely amazing hosts & very nice place. Would definitely come back and recommend y’all to stay with them as well!

This is a foreigner perspective: We were a bit weary, but everything was ok. Location: far from the city, in the countryside, but really really close to the bamboo raft departure place (5-10 mins through the gardens - use a GPS map to be sure). Taxi to/from the city madness is 3 dollars or so. Rooms: clean, towels changed daily. We god a free upgrade because our room had some minuscule tile damage. We didn't asked for it and we would have not asked for it, they offered it. But the best part was the service. Everyone was helpful, beyond our expectation. The manager lady spoke english and was extremely helpful, even arranging our pick-up in another city. And they had the only good coffee we got in China so far.

We booked one of their best rooms with a view for around 1500 rmb and whilst there was nothing particularly wrong with it, it wasn’t really value for money. The hotel looks fine from far away and nice enough in photos but you can tell it’s cheaply made and the hardware is not high quality (especially at that price). The lobby is really busy and guests talking really loud with screaming kids - hotel is probably better for families and not really for couples looking for a quieter getaway.

The lady in the 1st store was very friendly, but the service in the 2nd store was average (I went to see the room because I wanted to stay one more night, and later I wanted to borrow a shower because I was caught in the rain) , the contact feeling is very average), and the recommended farm food is also delicious. The guy who drove the car was also very responsible. He could arrange to set off firecrackers if he wanted to, and he could pick him up even if he was a little nervous when he returned to the village at night. In the morning, I saw a man in Guangxi wearing a red apron and frying eggs (the red apron that kills the New Year pig), hahahaha... It's a bit cute...the omelette has burnt edges and has a strong wok flavor (most of the food we eat now are made with omelette tools, but don't have this) Environment: Floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see directly, the environment is very good! For those who usually drive on city roads, parking is a bit difficult... Facilities: Nice-looking but useless bathroom...it leaked all over the floor. Fortunately, the stay was short...

I had a wonderful stay. My room was very big and spacious with a lovely big bathtub. I arrived in the nighttime so I was pleasantly surprised in the morning when I saw the beautiful gardens spaces. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They helped us book some local attractions. Gordon was especially helpful, he shared some good things to do and he speaks English. The hotel is very peaceful and a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of West Street. Most things are accessible by scooter. Which we were able to rent from outside of the hotel. This was perfect for us. I would highly recommend staying at Yishuiwan Resort, and would stay there again myself!

There is a restaurant downstairs, so you don’t have to go out on rainy days. It’s quite comfortable to lie in the bathtub and watch the scenery. The restaurant downstairs also has a good view and tastes good. The bamboo tube chicken is very chewy and the chicken is in a clay pot❤️ The bed is very comfortable and there are motorcycles available for rent. It turns out that this is a self-pickup point for express delivery, which is perfect🫢 If it rains heavily at the intersection, the river will turn into a river. All the B&Bs passing through this village are like this. Just take a taxi. 👌🏻 🤣Take a taxi to other scenic spots. They are very close. If it rains heavily, you can stay at the B&B and lie down. happy. The boss lady is also nice

Facilities: We initially chose this B&B based on the family room reviews in the review section. For family travel, parents actually pay great attention to the impact of hotel hygiene on their children. Hotels selected through strict parents' screening are definitely good. The review section of this hotel was full of positive reviews left by parents who took their children to travel, so we made a reservation right away. After checking in, it turned out to be very clean in terms of hygiene. What surprised us was the large balcony outside the room, with its back to the mountain. It was very comfortable to sit outside and enjoy the green scenery while eating Guilin rice noodles. When it rains, the sound of rain hitting the leaves is particularly pleasant. It rained heavily the night we came to Yangshuo, and I had a very good dream when I fell asleep listening to the sound of rain. Service: On the day of check-in, the boy at the front desk was very polite. After checking in, there was an aunt at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and let us eat fruit, saying that it was just picked (? Didn’t hear clearly whether it was just bought or just picked) Haha) I had a plate of mangosteen, but I didn’t ask for it because I was embarrassed. Later, the hotel's remote control ran out of power and the air conditioner couldn't be turned on. Another young lady came very quickly to help us change the remote control, and the air conditioner was turned on (this young lady was very nice, very polite, and very tall). It’s also very beautiful). When we rented a battery car, there was also a very tall lady in the store who helped us unlock the car. The service was very considerate. The service is really warm and polite. After we came back from our trip, the fruits at the front desk were changed to plums again. This time we took a few to eat (because the weather was too hot). When we left Yangshuo, we couldn't get a car, but they helped us contact us. We are very grateful to Jiji's family for their help during our stay. They gave us souvenirs. The postcards were very local and the osmanthus candy was also very good. The food left us with a very, very good impression of Yangshuo. Before we came here, we saw a lot of people saying that Yangshuo was a scam, but on this trip we didn’t feel we were scammed at all. The people we met were all very warm and polite. Maybe You really have to experience it personally to truly understand it. I want to come to Yangshuo next time. There are many hangers, which can be dried quickly in summer. The toilet also provides disposable toilet mats, wet and dry shoes, mosquito coils and electric mosquito swatters are provided in the room, cotton swabs and other smaller items are provided, and we later asked for plastic bags because our clothes were not dry due to rain. , and immediately brought us three fresh-keeping bags for ”door-to-door delivery” 😁. Let's just say the service was very considerate and always answered our questions. In addition, Yangshuo is really beautiful. It is very suitable to ride around on a battery car in the wind.
